Hello, My name is Whitney Waters. I live in Kingman, Az. I have been throwing and organizing weddings and parties for many years now. The first time I ever organizedand planned a wedding I was only 18 years old and I did all of the following services including all decorations i.e the cake, food, table decorations and dressings for the table, bridesmaid dresses/groomsmen tuxedos, flowers, ice sculptures, hanging of all lights, organizing seating charts, as well as booking the entire hotel with rooms for all guests

I was born and raised in Scottsdale, Az and moved to Las Vegas, Nv when I was 8 years old. When I was 16 I went to college to be a Vet Tech and then at 18 I planned my 1st wedding and fell in love with it. Ever since then I have been planning birthday parties as well as friends weddings.
