My name is Emma James and I am a Professional Wedding and Event Planner. There are many challenges faced when planning events and many people underestimate the amount of time and energy it takes to design and manage an event. This is the area that I revel in, an event is a blank canvas ready to be painted, whether as a wedding or as a party.


I particularly enjoy planning Weddings as it can be exceptionally rewarding to see the smile on the face of the Bride and Groom having the best day of their lives (so far!) and knowing that you have helped turn their dreams into a reality.

My backgroud is in Physical Education teaching, I have a SCITT PGCE in Secondary PE and an Upper Second Class BA (HONS) degree in Sports Development with Coaching. I feel I have developed many qualities over my time as a teacher, such as, communication, organisation, problem solving and creativity. Each of these qualities are easily transferable to Event and Wedding Planning and ensure that each of my client dreams and needs are met.

All aspects of our service go through one individual and therefore continuity and high levels of professionalism can be expected throughout.

Networking is a especiality of Emma's and since my move to England in 2004 she has made strong links within the catering and beverage industry along with bridal shops, cake shops and stationary designers to name but a few. This will lend itself to confident referals of these services where the highest expectations will be met, at discounted prices.

Our other services include etiquette advice, event scheduling, discounted invitations and products, vendor confirmation, rehersal attendance, supervision of both ceremony and reception set up and budget planning.
