Many people who throw their own parties have difficultly enjoying themselves. They tend to run around making sure every “t” is crossed and “i” is dotted. I can help you change that.
My job is to make sure my clients enjoy their events. Attention to detail is my specialty. It is my responsibility to have the party flow. It is your responsibility to catch up with your out of town guests. No one wants to have family and friends or clients come into town and be so busy throwing the party you cannot even converse with them.
I want you to enjoy every minute of your party. It is my passion that allows me to do this for you. I can take your vision and bring it to life before your very own eyes.

I always remember planning things with my friends growing up. I was even called Grand Central for a while because I was always in contact with everyone and in a moments notice gather the troops. I enjoy making memories for the people in my life. I have planned so many parties I have lost track.
I realized one day that why should I not pursue this avenue as a potential career and within moments registered for a class to become a Certified Event Planner. And here we are…..
I am excited to have the opportunity of working with a lot of people from my past as well as the opportunity of meeting others.
- Research and recommend the perfect venue based on your event specifications
- Schedule and attend site appointments
- Contract negotiations
- Entertainment & décor ideas
- Assist with selection of all vendors
- Full design and production
- Negotiate all vendor proposals and fees, including decor and catering
- Prepare projected budget and manage payments on client’s behalf
- Act as primary liaison with all contracted vendors
- Manage and coordinate all event logistics
- Design logistical overview of the complete program
- On-site management for the duration of your event

I currently service New York City Metro area as well as The Adirondack Mountains in Upstate New York.
... not only did she plan one of the most beautiful weddings I have ever attended, but what has impressed me most about this woman is a charitable event she coordinated to help a co-worker suffering from breast cancer. She was focused, organized and above all put her friends feelings and needs first. In the end Amy had raised more than the goal they had set forth. All who attended had a great time. Although the reason we were there was for something that was so frightening and sad, due to Amy's efforts that was all forgotten and excitement and laughter were the only things detected in the atmosphere before long. When the lady of the hour made a moving, tear-filled speech, hope and strength were in her eyes. She was so happy and thankful for an amazing evening. Amy is intuitive, resourceful, and compassionate, has an infectious sense of humor and will ensure you have the event of your dreams.
