I have been working on weddings for family and friends since 2009. My love for weddings have grown so much that I have decided to extend into event planning as well. In January of 2012 I decided to get my certification and head out on my own. I am very proud to be launching Commitments and Dreams, a full service wedding and event planning company.
Thanks to QC Event School and my family I am making my dream a reality.

I offer a number of different packages to suit your planning needs and easy payment plans.
All packages include a " FREE " 2 hour consultation.

FULL SERVICE:
•Unlimited meetings, phone, texts, and emails
•Monthly updates on budget, planning process & to-do lists
•Budget development & monitoring
•Preparation of checklists, timelines & itineraries
Includes preparation and distribution of Day-of-Itinerary
•Venue Services Including:
Venue referrals, schedule and attending venue meetings, reviewing venue contracts, venue confirmations.
•Unlimited site visits to wedding and reception sites
•Vendor Services Including:
Vendor referrals, schedule and attending vendor meeting, reviewing vendor contracts, vendor confirmations
•Assistance with color, theme, and décor
•Assistance with selecting, ordering and sending invitations, save the dates, programs etc.
•Assistance with favor selection
•Assistance with guest lists, rsvp tracking, seating assignments, place cards, menu cards
•Assistance with menu and cake selection
•Assistance with selection of bridal gown (if needed)
•Assistance with selection of Officiant (if needed)
•Assistance with ceremony planning
•Assist with out-of-town guest
•Assist with favors & final to-dos
•Confirmation with all vendors one week prior to event
•Final walkthrough for ceremony & reception sites
•Attend and oversee rehearsal
•Direct processional, recessional & receiving line
•Full Coordination of All Matters on Event Day Including:
Oversee deliveries
Overseeing proper set-up
Greeting and oversight of vendors

PARTIAL PLANNING:
(6 Months Prior to event)
•Unlimited meetings, phone, texts, and emails
•Budget development & monitoring
•Discussion of theme, color, style & complete wedding design
•Venue & Vendor research
•Arrange appointments with venues & vendors around your schedule
•Visit all sites and vendors with you
•Preparation of checklists, timelines, & itineraries
Includes preparation & distribution of Day-of-Itinerary
•Guest & rsvp tracking
•Assistance with seating arrangement
•Assistance with favors, place cards, menu cards, programs etc.
•Confirmation with vendors 1 week prior to event
•Attend final walkthroughs
•Assistance booking accommodations for out-of-town guests
•Assistance with event set-up:
Distributing favors, place cards, etc.
•Distribute final payments to venue and vendors
•Attend and oversee rehearsal
•Direct processional. Recessional, and receiving line
•Full Coordination of All Matters on Event Day Including:
Oversee deliveries
Contact person for wedding party
