Hello, my name is Helen Whyte. I am 26 years old, married for three years now and have no children. I live in Greenhithe, near Dartford Kent with my husband who has been an incredible strength for me over the past few years particularly.
For the most part of my life I have grown up in Bromley Kent. I am one of three children, and have grown up having quite a large extended family as my mum is one of five.
Growing up with a large family has made me a very family orientated person. I love spending time with family and most of all organising anything that means we can have some much needed family time.
Second only to my family come my friends whom I feel are equally important to meet up with and I am incredibly close with them.
I think that this is where my passion for organising comes from, I love getting family, friends and colleagues together to make a fantastic event that will treasured for a long time to come.

Like I have said I have a passion for organising, whether it’s from big themed parties, Weddings or small gatherings, weekends away or meetings. I enjoy taking on the tasks that people do not like to do. Whether you just want guidance and pointing in the right direction or the full experience of having your event organised for you. I am here to help every step of the way.

I went to school in Bromley, completed my GCSE’s and continued on to A levels, doing English, Physical Education and Performing Arts.
I worked part time at Waitrose whilst at school, and then went on to work in an accounts office and insurance office. I currently work full time doing shift work.
I have been organising events since being at school, from the school prom, to work meetings, Christmas parties and weekends away.
Some of the latest events I have organised include Hen and stag parties, holidays, Weddings, 21st and 18th Birthday Parties, 25th Wedding Anniversaries and on the more business side of things, meetings for small groups of businesses in the local community.
If you are anything like me and love getting people together then we can work well together to make those idea’s become reality.
Whatever you have got going on in your life, you can have as much or as little responsibility with the planning as you wish. That is what you hire me for, and like I said before whether that is just for guidance or for the full service I am very happy to offer my services.
My aim is to bring bespoke planning at affordable prices for everyone.


The services I offer are tailor made to your specific requirements. I always feel that if you look on a website or go into a shop and can’t find a price anywhere you will automatically assume it’s expensive. I feel that the same is true in this business.

I aim to give clients a guide price below, however do want to stress that this is only a guide price as every event is different as some people will want more or less of my services than others.
Do not let pricing put you off, I can offer a wide range of services and work on smaller budgets too.

I am here to make your life easier, and whatever the budget I can offer a bespoke service to suit your needs.

Initial Consultation will last 1.5 hours. This will be at a cost of £90 and you are under no obligation to take any further services.
This price will include any advice, guidance or starting support you may need during this consultation. Additional time will be £50 per hour after this.

This review is quite hard to write as there are no words – or maybe there are too many! Helen organised both my Hen Do’s and assisted with my wedding planning and on the day. I came across Helen through word of mouth; I do not know what I would have done without her. After meetings with my Bridesmaids I decided that I did not want to know anything about my London Based Hen Do and other than where I was going, nothing about the second one abroad. Helen spoke to me and got to know me and what I liked and would be interested in; from this was able to assist my Chief Bridesmaid in the planning! I had such fun and was so surprised and spoiled on both occasions. My Chief Bridesmaid said how Helen had been able to take her ideas and what she wanted for me and turn it into a reality. Throughout my planning process Helen was always on hand and assisted in helping to keep me calm and organised (which I can imagine my friends are eternally grateful for). Although I wanted to plan a lot of the wedding myself, Helen was there to give me advice and guidance. On the day itself, Helen made sure that I was not affected by anything and took care of any problems or questions that the Church or Venue had and ensured that it ran smoothly.
