We at Simply Elegant Occasions are here to help you plan any event that you may have, from birthdays to weddings and even some corporate events such as fundraisers and business meetings. We are here to make the process of planning an event a little bit easier and less stressful for you. In the end you will always have the last say on every aspect. This is your party with our plan.

At Simply Elegant Occasions we realize that every event is special and unique in there own way. We are there to make the process of planning the event less stressful for you, we want you to feel like a guest at your own event so that you will be able to focus on your guests rather than everything that is going on behind the scenes. Ultimately it is all about you and your guests. We want to help make you memories that will last a lifetime.

Services

Package 1-Decorating



$50/hr fee, plus rental and purchase fees regarding the decorations


•set up and take down of decorations
•rental/purchasing of decorations
•bookings (lights ect.)
•2 in person consultations
•unlimited access to us through phone and email



Package 2- Consultation



$100 for the first hour and a half, $30 for every additional hour


• Consultations are designed for individuals who want advise on various vendors or help and guidance in decision making. During this time the timeline for your event, venue and vendor selections, referrals, themes, decor, and budgeting will be discussed.Consultations are also designed for those who are interested in hiring an event planner to be there for a part of their event or to be there from beginning to end. During the consultation we will give you a brief description about ourselves and our work, we will also ask you, the client a sum of questions. Your answers will help us in guaranteeing that we give you the party that you have always in visioned. We will have a binder containing all of your information that you have provided us and we will go through every detail with you.



Package 3-Day of coordination



$50.00 an hour

This package is beneficial to those who want a stress free day and worry free party those who do not want to be bothered with minor details or with unexpected delays.


•This package consist of 2 consultations and 2 people being there the day of your event to help with everything needed.
•Development of timeline dicussed and arranged on pre-determined bookings. (coordination of the event)
•Confirmation of all vendor bookings and delivery times prior to the day of your event. ( we will call all your bookings the day before and make sure everything is still going on as planned and discussed with you)
•Development of a detailed list of all necessary items that needs to proceed for the specific event.
•List of all vendor contacts and emergency numbers
•Onsite direction and supervision of all vendors. Such as entertainment, speeches, caterers, and decorators.
•Onsite supervision and execution of all deliveries and setup.


Package 4-Partial event co-ordination



$50.00 an hour

This package is beneficial to those who need guidance and advice in a specific area of an event. For example, The planning and execution pf all decorations.


• Partial event coordination consists of 3 consultations and unlimited e-mail or telephone conversations.
•Development and maintenance of the project given at hand.
• Development and maintenance of the budget given in regards to the project at hand.
• Development and maintenance of the timeline and the process of the project given at hand.
•Bookings and meetings with any vendors that are required for your event.
•Assistance with vendor selection, quotes, payments, and bookings that are required for the project given at hand.
• Supervision and execution of all deliveries and set up (if required) the day of the event for the project given at hand.




Package 5-Entire Event coordination



$50.00 an hour

As professionals we know that planning an event takes a lot of time and energy. That is why we offer the full event coordination package. This package is beneficial to those who want to leave their entire party in the hands of a trusted event planner. This package will provide you the support, guidance, and trust that you will need to get help planning your special day from beginning to end.


• Entire event coordination includes 5-10 in person consultation and unlimited e-mail and telephone access. ( the amount of consultations depends on the type of event, how many guest you have and some other important factors).
•Development and maintenance of the event.
•Development and maintenance of the budget given for the event.
•Development and maintenance of the timeline and the process of the event. -
•Bookings and meeting of any vendors that are required for the event.
•Assistance with the theme, decor, and seating arrangements (if required).
•Assistance with vendor selection, quotes, payments, and bookings. - Meeting with all vendors regarding any booking changes and price negotiations.
•Development, booking and attendance of any prior party's wanting to be planned to the main event. Such as, rehearsal dinners, rehearsals, bridal shower etc...
•Confirmation of all vendor bookings and delivery times prior to the day of your event. ( we will call all your booking the day before and make sure everything is still going on as planned and discussed with you)
•Development of a detailed list of all necessary items that need to proceed for the specific event.
•List of all vendor contacts and emergency numbers
• Onsite direction and supervision of all vendors. Such as entertainment, speeches, caterers, and decorators.
• On-site supervision and execution of all deliveries and set up.
•On-site supervision and execution of take down.

Testimonials

I hired Simply Elegant Occasions to plan my daughters Wedding shower. Even though the weather didn't cooperate (Snow storm the night before lasting well into the morning), they managed to make it a beautiful event. What I loved the most was the slide show of pictures of my daughter, the family and the groom. I don't know where they got most of the pictures but it was great! The best part was at the end of the slide show they had managed to get a video of the groom, who lived out of town and separate from my daughter at the time, with a heartfelt message to her. The hall was decorated beautifully in purple and blue (favorite colours of the bride) with wonderful centerpieces. There was plenty of food to eat and a beautiful cake prepared by Caitlin, it was delicious. All in all it was exactly what my daughter was looking for. I would like to thank Simply Elegant Occasions for all their hard work with such little time to prepare the event it was a great success and we owe it all to you girls.

I hired Simply elegant Occasions to plan and execute my daughters stag & doe. The bride and groom requested it be a casino theme. The hall was decorated to fit the theme as well as they brought in games that you would find in a casino such as poker, roulette and horse races. We thank you girls from the bottom of our hearts, with a wedding on the way that was one less thing we needed to worry about.

We hired Simply Elegant Occasions to plan a benefit for our 2 boys who both have muscular dystrophy. There are so many expenses that come with one child with a disability, we have 2 so everything is doubled. They helped out immensely, they came up with a western theme everything came out amazing and we raised some money to help us pay for some of the machinery that we needed. The benefit caused so much buzz that even after everything was said and done we still had people wanting to donate different things. I just want to thank these girls for everything they have done. They made life a little bit easier for us. Thank you
