Stephyn Spears is the owner and founder of Southern Charm Events. I has been planning Wedding/Events in the Oklahoma City/Dallas market for over 5 plus years and is a certified Wedding/Event Planner. I makes it my passion in life to design and implement the areas of most elegant and modish events.
My attention to detail will bring to life the dreams and desires of each client as well as offering the latest approach in Weddings and Event design. With designing and planning countless wedding and events over the years.

WEDDING PACKAGE:
*GETTING STARTED AND DAY OF THE WEDDING
GETTING STARTED: Get a southern Charm of direction on planning your perfect day. We will discuss your budget, brainstorm on ideas on how you would want you perfect day to be and I will provide a list of venders in your area that will fit in your budget plan. This charm of help is a great why to get your started and going for planning your perfect/special day.

DAY OF THE WEDDING: This is for brides who need a little charm of assistance with the little details on the big day. I am here to help you no worry about anything and handle all of the venders by keeping them on track. Handling the rehearsal run through and also provide you with a timeline of the wedding day. We will meet a month before to go over a few touches that are need and two weeks before the wedding to do a final run though.

BIG Southern Charm:
With this BIG southern touch we will include your budget sheet and a list of venders who fit your budget. A charm of TO-DO list for the bride, attend any meetings that you need me to be at as well as one on one meetings. I will be assisting you during your rehearsal and rehearsal dinner as well. On the day of I will be with you from start to finish and making sure the venders are on track.

A Pop of Southern Charm:
The pop of charm is everything you need. We will go over and create a budget and a list of venders for you. I can attend up to 8 meetings with you as well as one on ones, emails, and little phone chats. I will be with you durning your rehearsal run through and as will as being with you on your big day from start to finish.

*Preliminary phone calls to industry professionals to verify availability
*Set up appointments with industry professionals for the bride
*Provide instructions on the proper way to address your wedding stationery.
*Discuss specifics for “Save The Date” cards.
*Discuss favors for reception and provide suggestions.
*Discuss locations & theme for rehearsal dinner. Also coordinate rehearsal dinner if needed.
*Create bride’s wedding day schedule.
*Provide bride with a vendor list after all vendors have been selected.
*Create a ceremony and reception itinerary for the bride and the contracted industry professionals.
*Provide information on obtaining marriage license.
*Attend the rehearsal at the ceremony site.
*Arrive at least two hours before ceremony and remain until clean up time after reception.
*Meet industry professionals at ceremony and reception site with their deliveries and for their set up.
*Distribute any remaining payments to industry professionals if needed.
*Supervise reception and coordinate details of reception with industry professionals.


BIG Southern Charm:
*Development and Management of Wedding Budget

*Recommendation of vendors that fit your style and budget
*Preliminary phone calls to industry professionals to verify availability
*Set up appointments with industry professionals for the bride
*Provide instructions on the proper way to address your wedding stationery.
*Discuss specifics for “Save The Date” cards.
*Negotiation of hotel room rates for out-of-town guests.
*Discuss favors for reception and provide suggestions.
*Assemble and mail your “Save the Date” cards (client responsible for postage).
*Mail your invitations (client responsible for postage).
*Manage and track your guest list and RSVPs.
*Compile your guest list into a manageable spreadsheet and send you weekly updates.
*Discuss locations & theme for rehearsal dinner. Also coordinate rehearsal dinner if needed.
*Create bride’s wedding day schedule.
*Review signed contracts of the industry professionals with the bride.
*Provide bride with a vendor list after all vendors have been selected.
*Create a ceremony and reception itinerary for the bride and the contracted industry professionals.
*Provide information on obtaining marriage license.
*Attend the rehearsal at the ceremony site.
*Arrive at least two hours before ceremony and remain until clean up time after reception.
*Meet industry professionals at ceremony and reception site with their deliveries and for their set up.
*Distribute any remaining payments to industry professionals if needed.
