My name is Elizabeth Ayers and I'm a Certified International Event & Wedding Planner. Planning any event is very time consuming and can often become stressful. I understand that this is a time when you and your family should be able to enjoy all the steps that lead up to embarking on this new life journey.
My main goal is to relieve you of the pressures associated with successfully planning your event. I will be committed to helping you create your dream event. I will listen to your needs, desires, and brainstorm with you to make your day even more special.

I have traveled the world and have a broad knowledge of many traditions and customs. I served in the United States Army for one term. After receiving my honorable discharge from the Army I sat down and contemplated what I really wanted to do with my life and how I can help others in the process. So after a long debate with myself, I decided that becoming an International Event & Wedding Planner was the course I wanted to pursue in my life. I like to believe that I have an imagination like no other. I can walk into any space and I see all the beauty that can become of it. I am very knowledgable in design, business, finance, floral design, and so many other valuable areas that are sure to make me exactly what you're looking for when planning any event!

With a busy schedule, you may feel overwhelmed at the thought of taking on the task of planning a wedding. Many people need guidance on where to start, how to select the best vendors, how to create a budget (and stick to it), and how to turn your dream wedding into a reality. The All-Inclusive package covers every detail from start to finish accomplishing the day of your dreams.
Package includes complimentary initial consultation, unlimited phone calls, emails, day-of-wedding coordination, vendor meetings, site selection and one-on-one monthly planning sessions.
We begin working with you approximately 1-2 months before the special day, once all vendors are contracted. We work with your vendors and venue to ensure that all of the logistical aspects of the event are coordinated and organized to produce a seamless and organized wedding day. Relax and enjoy being the guest of honor at your own wedding! You shouldn’t have to be concerned with whether or not the vendors show up, if the centerpieces are on the tables, when to make your grand entrance or when to cut the cake.
Day-of coordination is for the couple that has accomplished the huge task of planning the entire wedding, but simply needs someone to oversee the big day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
The package includes (Prior to): site inspection of ceremony and reception site to visualize flow of events, detailed time-line of the big day, confirmation of all vendors and review vendor contracts, direct your rehearsal and coordinate your wedding party.
(Day of): coordinate and organize details with all vendors, oversee complete setup of ceremony and rehearsal sites.
A La Carte Services
A La Carte services are offered when you simply need a little help handling those last minute details or to take over certain areas of planning.
Services include: Guest Coordination - accommodations, transportation, guest favors, putting together details for local attractions and coordinating activities to do while in town.
