When we plan our own life events, we tend to lose track of the finer details such as budgets and deadlines. We are just too busy and stressed out with our daily lives to add more pressure from event planning. I would love to help you achieve your next big event and all of your important life events thereafter.

I am dedicated to providing stress free consultations and affordable planning services to my clients. I can help you stay within your budget and help you save money, all in keeping with your personal style.

I have been privately trained by the Ontario based school, Quality of Course (Q.C.) in Event and Wedding Planning and I am certified with the I.E.W.P. International Event and Wedding Planners Association. My training included the planning of Weddings, private parties and events, volunteer events, trade shows, corporate events, facilitation of meetings, corporate retreats, open houses and grand openings for businesses as well as small business training.

I have planned many functions including weddings and parties and functions for two volunteer organizations I have belonged to. I am an avid volunteer and director of the Hope Station House Community Arts and Heritage Society and I’ve helped to plan many special functions that have happened in Hope’s own beautiful heritage train station. We have had fashion shows, private weddings, Robbie Burns suppers, silent auctions, Mother’s and Father’s day celebrations and much more through the years. My husband and I have also run jam sessions in the train station for the last 9 years. My work for the Hope Fraternal Order of Eagles 2690 in the past includes planning children’s Christmas parties and picnics. We have a four piece band called Whiskee Jack that has for many years, played for many of Hope Eagles functions. We also run a karaoke night about once a month for this wonderful organization.


Happy Birthday Package
Designed with children in mind. This package includes pretty much everything involved in a children’s birthday, Halloween, Christmas party or other happy celebrations. It includes all the usual party items that children love including the decorations, cake and food. If specialty items are involved or entertainment must be hired, this is extra. The basics are included from the shopping for supplies and locating and hiring of entertainment to supervision to cleanup. You don’t have to worry about a thing and the children will have a great time. This is for a party of up to twelve children and under 12 years old. If more children, extra small charge will apply for extra food etc. Also, another supervisor will be hired if there more than 12 children unless you would like to provide someone for extra supervision. $150.00 including initial consultation

Adult Parties
This package includes finding a venue (if not in home) and vendors, shopping for party supplies and decorations, finding and hiring entertainment if wanted, set up of venue or your home, full clean up (even in your home). Just tell me what the theme is and the mood you want to create, how many people and any other features so that your guest of honour will have a party suited to his or her individual personality.$150.00 plus party supplies and food or caterer and entertainment. (This package is for parties under 20 people. For more than 20, my regular rate of 50.00 per hour is in effect). Includes initial consultation.

Do It Yourself Coordination Package
You may want to plan and run your event by yourself. Perhaps you just need some initial help to get you started. I will answer any questions you may have or give you some tips to planning your successful event. I also have some essential checklists so you don’t forget minor details. This is so easy to do in your busy life. I can also refer you to reliable venues and vendors.$100.00 based on 2 hour consultation. (If less than 2 hours or more than, $50.00 per hour rate is in effect.)

On the Day Coordination Package
This package will take care of all the final details of your event. I will confirm vendors and the venue that you have chosen, make final payments for you, pick up and set up equipment and supplies (if no delivery available), attend and coordinate rehearsals if you have one and if needed, attend the function to make sure everything runs smoothly and according to your plans so you can have a stress free and memorable event. Much more than just “on the day” services. $500.00

The Everything Coordination Package
This package is designed to remove the stress of planning your event from start to finish and every fine detail in between. With close contact between you and I during the process of planning your event, your ideas and decisions and my implementation of your choices will assure an absolutely grand occasion to remember, all stress free and within your budget.

Whatever package or rate you decide upon, I will help you to create a unique event or celebration to fit your individual personality and style. Corporate events planning is based on your budget.
