Diamond Service - Full Wedding Planning and Design
Entirely bespoke to you and your celebration this extensive service encompasses all aspects of your wedding from sourcing a venue to tracking your budget and devising a design concept. We’ll be with you every step of the way, taking care of every little detail and ensuring your entire event is a phenomenal success.
At the outset we’ll meet with you to discuss your requirements. From here, whilst keeping you informed and in firm control, we’ll deal with the following:
The Venue – Using our extensive knowledge of venues throughout the Southeast we’ll find the perfect location for your wedding whether it be a grand ballroom, a country mansion, a rustic barn or a bohemian tent.
The Suppliers – We’ll source all the necessary suppliers for your wedding from florists and stationers to photographers and entertainers. For each area of your event, we’ll produce a detailed shortlist of thoroughly vetted professionals complete with references and fees enabling you to make an informed decision.
The Management – We take care of all your wedding administration; arranging appointments, attending meetings, ordering samples and handling all wedding related paperwork, phone calls and emails. We manage your budget, track all payments, and develop a wedding day schedule and liaise with all your suppliers to ensure they are clear regarding the day’s arrangements. Throughout the planning process, we are always on hand to give you the benefit of our expert knowledge and experience.
The Design – We work with you to identify a design theme that is personal and unique to you and your celebration. We’ll produce colour schemes and design boards, search for the perfect accessories and if necessary decorate your venue; hanging decorations, scattering petals, tying ribbons and putting all the finishing touches in place.
The Day – When the day itself arrives we are on hand to manage your event, ensuring everything goes without a hitch, decorating your venue and acting as a point of contact for your guests and suppliers.
Fees for this service are calculated at 10-15% of your event's overall budget with a minimum fee of £4,000.
Gold Service - Six week Rescue Remedy
A service for the couple who have done most of the hard work themselves but want to enjoy the exciting build up to their wedding rather than getting stressed and tired.
Six weeks prior to your celebration we’ll meet with you to extensively discuss your event. From here we’ll:
• Closely examine your plans so far, highlight any problems and propose solutions.
• Use our database of contacts to find any outstanding suppliers.
• Devise a highly detailed wedding day schedule to be distributed amongst suppliers, complete with emergency contact numbers and any other relevant details.
• Liaise with all suppliers regarding the day’s arrangements.
• Handle all remaining wedding related administration.
• Provide unlimited email and telephone support, giving you the benefit of our expert knowledge and experience.
• Decorate your venue & put all the finishing touches in place.
• Attend on the day to ensure everything goes smoothly and to act as a point of contact for guests and suppliers.
Ruby Service - Wedding Design
A well thought out design concept can make the difference between a great wedding and an extraordinary one. This service ensures that your wedding is the latter.
We meet with you to discuss your wedding day vision and to identify any aspects of your lifestyle and personality that could be incorporated into the design aspects of the day. From here, we’ll devise two bespoke design concepts for your celebration and produce accompanying visualisation boards. Each theme will outline a colour scheme and give suggestions for venue decoration, accessories, floral arrangements and any other relevant design features.
Pearl Service - Venue Search
Relieving you of one of the most crucial and time-consuming aspects of planning your wedding, this service ensures your plans get off the right start.
Following an in-depth consultation to discuss your venue requirements, this service includes:
• Initial research using our comprehensive database of recommended venues as well as a detailed search for new venues.
• Visits to any potential venues that are currently unknown to MD Wedding Design to ensure their suitability for your celebration.
• Production of a highly detailed Venue Report featuring at least 3 suitable venues.
Reports include: venue specification, estimated costs, pros & cons, photographs & previous client testimonials.
• Accompanying you to view potential venues, talking you through the features of each venue & highlighting any issues that are of relevance to you and your celebration.
• Assistance in negotiating a contract and making a finalised booking with your preferred venue.
Silver Service - Wedding Day Management
For the couple who’ve planned their wedding themselves, this service affords the peace of mind to know that a dedicated professional will be managing the day, taking care of the finishing touches and ensuring the wedding is a phenomenal success.
Two weeks prior to your event, we’ll meet with you to extensively discuss the day’s arrangements. Following this meeting we’ll produce a highly detailed wedding day schedule and liaise with all suppliers to ensure they are clear regarding the day’s arrangements. You’ll receive unlimited telephone and email support and we’ll be there on the day, armed with our emergency kit, decorating your venue and making sure everything goes perfectly to plan.
