Welcome to the world of Magical Moments Weddings & Events. We have the singular goal of making your event, regardless of size, a memorable and magical one. Our packages range from minimal to full service. If you don’t see a package you like, please contact us with your specific needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Buffee Ann has been planning events since she was nine years of age. Before she hit 20 she had planned 4 Weddings and thrown 2 "fancy" Holiday Dinners; one with a Personal Chef. Now she is getting back to her passion of planning personal, magical events. Buffee is currently completing her Event Planning Certification through CQ Event School; a well-known training entity on the subject.
Buffee will mold your ideas into the fabulous event you visualize. If you need ideas for a theme or design, she has the creative ability to guide you in the right direction. Choosing Buffee as a member of your team not only gives you a fun and energetic cheerleader, but a person intensely focused on the most minute details. She possesses the ability to see the overall larger picture, yet focus on every single facet of the event. So, add Buffee to your team and you will be ecstatic with the outcome for any event; Wedding, Social or Corporate.
As the Genie has “phenomenal cosmic powers”, we have named the ultimate package after his ability to go ‘poof, what do you need’? These services do not include elephants or purple peacocks (unless specifically requested), but DOES include unlimited time. We will be by your side from the Initial Consultation to your Magical Wedding to two months following your commitment. We will provide as much assistance as you require including tastings, fittings, vendor visits and unlimited email and phone conversations. We will also create a detailed, individualized budget and checklist tailored to your specific Wedding. With this option, your wish is our command.
If you choose the Mary Poppins option, you will have our undivided attention at the often most hectic time leading up to your Wedding. The services included with this package begin with an Initial Consultation and continues the last 6 weeks prior to your Big Day. We will confirm all details with your vendors and coordinate all logistics on your Wedding Day. This is the package you need if you need assistance in the middle of the road. Choose this option if you prefer to handle most of the details, then hand it off to us and enjoy your Day to the highest height.
With the Fairy Godmother package we will be your point of contact on the Day of your Wedding. This package also includes an Initial Consultation and two additional hours of assistance beforehand. It also includes up to 12 hours of services on your Wedding Day. With this package, we will provide you with your Happily Ever After before the stroke of midnight.
