For those special moments in time...

Hello my name is India Rice-Hunter and I am the President and Senior Event Coordinator for IV the Moments Event Planning. I established this company to help organizations and individuals address the purpose and message or impression that the organization or individual is trying to convey. My approach is simple: I effectively communicate, I have good organization and time management skills, I am adept at project management and multi-tasking, and I have good interpersonal skills.

I have a Bachelors degree in Communications from College of New Rochelle and a Masters degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix. I worked on Wall Street for over 15 years. I managed a team of 15 people. I have demonstrated the ability to work under pressure in a calm demeanor. I was also responsible for putting together conferences and meetings, holiday celebrations, and negotiating with vendors.

I realized my passion for event planning years ago. My friends and family would ask me to assist them in coordinating weddings, bachelor parties, birthday parties, to name a few. Planning the celebrations and watching my friends and family enjoy the events made me very happy. I finally decided it was time to make a career change. I decided to attend the QC School of Event Planning where I received formal event planning training. I have just completed my final assignment and will be certified IEWP.
