It's not just a day or an Occasion it's life changing...

Hello and welcome to my website,
I am Jodie the proud owner of my International Wedding and Event planning company Bouquet and Boardrooms.
As a child I was always planning the best tea parties and sleep over’s and I have to say that as the years have gone by not much has changed, you will often never of found me without my organiser planning and volunteering at an opportunity to plan a party or special occasions for friends and family.
I thrive on being organised and giving all events that extra special touch, therefore it seemed only right to turn my passion into my full time career.

I am currently in the process of becoming a qualified International Wedding and Event planner and an associate of the following:
• UKWAP UK Alliance of Wedding Planners
• ISES The International Special Events Society
• ABC The association of Bridal Consultants

This means I have had professional training to plan and execute all events, I am also recognised as a professional within the industry and work alongside some of the best supplies and vendors not just some one who thought they would set up there own company and “ would give it a go”

I am a fresh face into the industry full of enthusiasm, new ideas and great contacts giving me the edge to be able to take your visions, ideas and requirements and turn them into reality with my qualified, professional and fun touch.

So here you are now planning the most fabulous days of your life and while this planning process is exciting and rewarding there are also times when the whole process may feel like it is taking over your lives…
This is why wedding planners were created to help you enjoy the planning and take charge of all the behind the scene parts of the day that are not so glamour’s including legalities and many hours on the phones to suppliers and venues

What I have found over looking at many Wedding planner websites (and believe me I have looked @ many!!!)
Is that they tend to offer many set packages and services which are great from the outlook but then you may find your self paying for something that you would have been happy to take on yourself just to get the information you needed help with!!

Here @ bouquet and Boardrooms I offer an As you like it service…

This means I can be there for you 24/7. Helping you plan the entire day by booking the venue, suppliers, taking time to look over contracts to being there in the morning of the big day to calm the nerves and take charge which means you can relax and enjoy the day.

Or I can just be there to give you my advice and help with:

• Finding a venue
• Sourcing and booking suppliers
• Legalities and contracts
• Booking accommodation and transport
• Attending meetings and Wedding dress fittings (my Favourite)
• Using my wedding contacts to gain you discounts you would not receive with out me. (Which yes I will pass on to you)
• Assist with honeymoon booking and changing of documents
• On the day assistance
• Budget tracking
• Wedding invitation management


Why have a wedding planner……

Many people have the stereo type idea that to have a wedding planner you must be having a lavish wedding with hundreds of guests or must have the money of a celebrity
YOU DON’T all you need to know is that you want your day to go well, for your family and friends to remember your special day as long as you both will and for the both of you to be able to relax and enjoy the planning and the big day that you have both been waiting for from the moment the big question was asked…

Any event that you are planning will be a special day for you and all your guests that are attending this could be a Childs 1st birthday or grammas and granddads 50th wedding anniversary

I am here to offer any assistance that you may need to make this event extra special and allow you the time to enjoy the preparations and event.

These are occasions we never normally plan and when they happen it requires quick organisation.
Here @ Bouquet and Boardrooms we understand the sensitivity of these occasions and are here to help to take away the responsibility of planning the day so you can spend quality and much needed time with family and friends.

Also to make sure you send off the family member with a day they would have approved of that suited there personality and celebrates their life.

I can arrange transport for family and friends between the church/ crematorium and reception.
Book accommodation for people coming out of town
Organise catering and refreshments
Help with paperwork and legalities
Organise order of service
Arrange florists
Deal with payments and bookings

Everyday 100s of meeting and conferences take place which are extremely important to you and your company.
Many companies choose to delegate the simple tasks down to members of there internal staff to handle, which while it may seem like a great ides this means that you have a member of you dedicated team is now not giving 100% to there main job.
My aim is to provide a professional and reliable service to your company
Here at bouquet and Boardrooms we offer many services to assist you:

The 50 million dollar question and normally one of the first things we will look at when we are considering using or buying any service

I prefer to work by the hour as I find it works better for both myself and for you both as it is the most flexible, Also from the beginning you may have an idea of how much you to invest of the planning of your day.

Many other companies will charge a fixed price or charge a percentage of your wedding budget however this means you may end up paying more and they may end up working less and that to me is not why I chose to do the amazing job

If you intend to use me for a large part of your perorations and planning for weddings, events or corporate functions discounts and special rates are available
Alternatively we work together on a pay as you go system the choice is up to you…
