Event Planner with the passion to create elegant atmospheres by adding simple personalized touches to every aspect of each event that my clients can keep tucked in their hearts for a lifetime. My mission is to create memorable and lasting impressions for each client I serve. My targets are those individuals that have a vision and would like to see their vision executed with minimal stress and participation on their behalf. Similar to most event planners, I began event planning as a hobby and I have grown to love it. I planned a few baby showers for friends and I eventually started working part time at an event venue in downtown Nashville, TN. This was life changing!! I discovered event planning and coordination was my happy place. I am currently accepting clients for any event (wedding/reception, bridal party, baby shower, graduation party, birthday party, church events)! You name it and I will plan it!!! My concentrated area of focus will be weddings. I love people and I love service so naturally I decided to start a business doing what I am passionate about and thoroughly enjoy!


Full Service Planning-Complete planning and coordination start to finish (starting the day the contract is signed until the final moment of your event) including but not limited to free consultation, vendor management, vendor meetings, guest accommodations, decor design, transportation arrangements, favors, guest welcome packages, seating arrangements, program, event timeline and more.

Partial Planning-Customized package designed to assist with any aspects you would like help with including but not limited to those listed above or other services.

Decor Design-Creativity is limitless! From simple centerpieces to elegant backdrops and drapery. Unique and personalized decor made to add a complimentary flare to your event.

Event Management-We collaborate with you months before your event and make preparations to take on and manage the details for the day of your event.


I not only have seen and attended a few of Ms. Taylor’s events, I have also had the privilege to utilize her services and expertise for my very own event. Polita planned and hosted my very first baby shower and did an outstanding job! She was very professional and communicated every detail from start to finish...even though we are close friends, she definitely still treated me like a valued customer and truly rolled out the red carpet. She took our budget and theme into consideration and we let her creative juices flow and she certainly did NOT disappoint! Where do I start? We initially hired Polita to plan our June 2019 wedding and while everything was going great as far as planning we found out we were expecting and decided to hold off on the wedding. Polita helped cancel everything we had reserved as well as getting any deposits back for us. She then allowed us to transfer our initial deposit to not only our baby shower but also our sons birthday party. This woman is amazing not only was she always available and polite. She kept me well informed during the entire process. All I had to do was give her a theme and color scheme and she took off. We hit it off so well at times she and I would compare ideas and they would be the exact same. She really takes the time to build a relationship with you so she is able to bring your true vision to a reality. She handled EVERYTHING and it was such a relief. At our shower we actually had a major hiccup with one of the vendors and she promptly handled the situation and made sure I was not even bothered with it. I actually found out a few days later of the incident and was so thankful that I knew nothing about it. We also set a decorating and supplies budget with her and the when we received her invoice for money spent she was no where near our budget and saved us a ton of money. She most certainly goes above and beyond for her clients and I will definitely be using her for all future events.
