Seisha Simpson is the owner of Nefertari Wedding & Events planning. She was born in the beautiful island of Jamaica. At age sixteen she migrated to St. Lucia to pursue a career in Travel Tourism and hospitality. After completing her studies, she started working with the popular company Dufry. Her four years at Dufry shed light on her sales and negotiating skills which led her to winning Sales Representative of the month practically every month. She later moved on to a small hotel call Windjammer Landing Resort & Spa, as a Timeshare Marketer for one year. During this time; she again showcased her talent by exceeding targets and creating awareness of even greater possibilities. On her first month at Windjammer, she won Marketer of the month as she did many other months during her year there. Seisha then moved on to the Renown Sandals Resort International, so she could expand and improve her talent. She started at Sandals as a Tours and Excursions Coordinator, where she again proved her skills by exceeding targets and making the company millions. After spending two years at the tours desk, she moved on to becoming the Sales Executive where she continued to break boundaries showcasing possibilities by improving and increasing sales. After working as a Sales Executive for four years, she wanted more and wanted to grow. Thus, she accepted a positon as a Wedding Planner with the ultimate goal of becoming the Wedding Manager. Seisha spent one year as a Wedding Planner before she got promoted to Wedding Manager. In only one year as Wedding Manager she won the prestigious award of Most Valuable Player (Manager of the year). She also led the team to becoming the top performer in customer service out of twenty three resorts on her first year as Wedding Manager.
Seisha’s desire to please her clients and her talent to creating extraordinary ideas along with her confidence and genuine personality, lends towards exceeding her clients expectations. Her ability to remain calm under pressure during unforeseen situations is just one reason why she makes a wonderful Wedding and Event Planner. Her exquisite organizational skills and seamless execution leaves lasting memories in her client’s minds.
