Therefore, by organizing the rooms in your house, you will begin to feel more calm and in control of your life. As an Advanced International Organizing Professional (AIOP®) I can help you break down the impossible into manageable steps to create the organized home, family and life you always dreamed of!
Since childhood, I have been considered a organized person. From my crayons being organized by colours of the rainbow, to organizing my Halloween candy into categories, it was apparent from a young age that I was destined to thrive through organization. On top of organization, I am also passionate about meaningful connections with people, and fostering individuals to be the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves. After high school, I went on to complete a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology at the University of British Columbia. I remained at the University of British Columbia to work in student housing and student orientations. I loved organizing student events and coaching student leaders to pursue their passions. Upon moving from Vancouver to Kelowna, an interest in helping families was sparked. I get excited about helping a family overcome the challenges that disorganization or clutter may be causing. If we seem like a good fit, I would love to help your family organize and ultimately find balance in your life.
I offer a variety of services to help you organize your home and find balance in your life. Regardless of your situation, I will offer a professional approach by helping you outline your goals, setting achievable steps to reach those goals, coaching you through the process, and following up with you after our sessions. - Meal Planning: plan out your meals for the week (including grocery lists & meal prep tips)
- Schedule Organization: ensure you are maximizing the time and minimizing the stress in your day by creating a schedule to keep you organized and in control of your time
