Every couple is unique, which is why we don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach to wedding planning. At Hitched Wedding & Event Desi

Many brides attempt to plan their own weddings singlehandedly, quickly becoming overwhelmed with the hundreds of details demanding their attention. Regardless of the size of your guest list, planning a wedding presents no shortage of challenges.

To ensure the most important day of your life progresses smoothly, one of the most important investments you can make is hiring an experienced wedding coordinator. Our packages are fully customizable, allowing you to pick and choose the ingredients of the fairy-tale event you’ve always envisioned.

•Complimentary consultation: Your designated event specialist will meet with you to discuss the plans you’ve already made and get a feel for your vision of your big day.

•Pre-wedding follow-up: 2-4 weeks prior to your wedding day, we’ll meet again to create detailed checklists, hour-by-hour timelines, seating charts, floor plans, and contact lists. No detail will be overlooked during this comprehensive consultation.

•Vendor confirmations: 1-2 weeks prior to your wedding day, we’ll contact all of your wedding vendors—photographer, florist, videographer, caterer, and any other merchants—to confirm delivery and pick-up times and introduce ourselves as their main point of contact on the big day.

•Rehearsal supervision: Your coordinator will oversee your wedding rehearsal, meet with the members of the wedding party, and confirm the details of the main event.

•Ceremony setup and supervision: We’ll arrive on-site early to ensure that all deliveries are made on time, everything is set up to perfection, and all essential participants are in place. From pinning on corsages to guiding guests to the sign-in book to fluffing the train of your dress as you make your grand entrance, we’ll remain on top of every detail to make sure the ceremony is flawlessly executed.

•Reception setup and supervision: After the “I dos,” you and your wedding party can remain for pictures while we help to transport all necessary decorations from the ceremony site to the reception location. We’ll also set out wedding favours and place cards, light candles, position centerpieces, and confirm the planned agenda with the DJ, musicians, caterers, and other vendors. From the arrival of the wedding party through the cake-cutting ceremony, all details will be reliably supervised.

•Wedding Day Emergency Kit: Preparation is the key to preventing wedding-day crises. Our coordinator will have an “emergency kit” on hand for you and your wedding party, including everything from sewing kits to aspirin to breath mints to bobby pins
