At Holloway Events, our goal is to give you the wedding you've always dreamed of. A party that reflects your unique personality and style. An event that you and your guests will delight in. No matter what the occasion we are there to help you. Being full service event planners means being there 100 percent for our clients. Think of us as your very own personal assistants!


Event Services-

Consultation Meeting-This is where we meet and greet and get to know one another. You tell us what you need, and we will tell you what we can do to make your dreams a reality. This service is free for the first hour.

Event Consulting- You handle most of the work. We are just there to offer advice, suggestions, and vendor contacts. There is a fee of $20 per hour for this service. Minimum 4 hours.

Day of Event Coordinating- You handle the planning. One of our talented coordinators is there the day of the event to make sure all of your hard work comes together perfectly. We will coordinate all vendors, decorating, caterers, family, guests, etc. We are also there for conflict and problem resolution to the best of our ability. We are there for whatever you need that day. We will make it as wonderful and stress free for you as possible. There is a fee of $250 for this service.

Event Planning- This is the all inclusive. You do the directing, and we do all the work. We will discuss with you your dreams, wants, and needs and then make them a reality. We will plan all aspects of your event from the save the dates all the way to the honeymoon. We are there for anything that you need. There are two fee options for this service.

-Option A: There is a fee of $250 for the day of event service, and a fee of $20 per hour for all planning services leading up to the event.

-Option B: There is a flat fee of $1500 for all services up to and including the day of the event.

Party Services- This is for engagement, rehearsal, bridal shower, bachelor, bachelorette, baby shower, mitzvahs, anniversary, birthday(sweet 16), cocktail, communion, retirement, and quinceanera parties, etc. We will give as little or as much help as you need, with planning or coordination. There is a fee of $20 per hour for this service. Minimum 4 hours.

Additional coordinator/planner- If you would like more than one coordinator/planner for your event there is an additional fee of $20 per hour on top of the service fees. Minimum 4 hours.

There is a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold the date for all events and parties. Each client gets 100 miles of travel per event, each mile over 100 miles is $0.50 per mile.
