I am Jeffarah Gibson the owner and lead coordinator of Paradise Planning. Like many couples who are about to tie the knot, I too have caught the love bug. I get a fluttering feeling at the thought of helping a bride and groom enter Holy Matrimony with a happy ceremony.
But more importantly, I want to ease the burden of the planning experience which can at times be extremely time consuming and stressful especially for couples who do not have extra time to devote to planning and have no idea where to start when it comes to coordinating all the details of their big day.
This desire to help couples led me to pursue a professional certification in Wedding & Event Planning, Event Decor as well as Luxury Wedding & Event Planning. With the knowledge I have gained so far, I aim to give every one of my clients a world class experience.
As one of the newest and young wedding planners/coordinators in Nassau, Bahamas, I bring a fresh approach to the logistics and design of a wedding through my company Paradise Planning which marries precise detailed coordination with fresh creative one-of a kind design to some of life’s most special occasions.
I believe the milestones in my clients’ lives deserve special recognition and a special celebration to accompany it. Therefore, I strive to make each event truly a unique and awe-inducing experience.
Consultations – If you do not know where to start, how to come up with wedding themes, color schemes or are unsure which vendors would be perfect for your event, set up a meeting for direction and inspiration. During the two – hour consultation, I will jump start your wedding planning while giving ideas of how your dreams can be a reality on the big day.
Day/Month of Coordination – Being hands on throughout the planning of your wedding up until the big day may be very sentimental to you, or you may have a knack for bringing details together seamlessly and the only thing you need is someone to oversee things on your wedding day. Let me be your eyes and ears on the day of your wedding to manage every detail you planned, while you focus on the only thing that matters in the moment – your spouse. I will step in at the very tail end (usually a month before the wedding) to bring everything together.
Full- Service Planning – lf you rarely have time, planning your own wedding may be less beautiful and more burdensome. Let me be the go to person to bring all the details of your very special occasion together. My great organizational skills and eye for detail will be all that you need to have your event perfectly planned from start to finish.
Event Decoration - If you want the mood and atmosphere of your event to be set in a special way, I can bring your ideas to life by transforming the venue your special event will be held to. Set up a time to have a consultation to decide on the right design for your event, then I will execute it.
