My name is Nicole and I would like to create a custom event for you! Bespoke is an English term meaning "made to order", so your wedding or event can be everything that you have ever dreamed. I am a Seattle native and have worked here for about three years now, so I have developed some relationships within the industry to get your event perfect and on-budget.
Currently, I am offering day-of event services for $1000. This typically starts 2 or 3 months prior to your wedding and includes:
Up to 3 consultations
Unlimited phone calls and emails
Final venue walk-through
Review of all venue and vendor contracts
Confirmation, creation and distribution of detailed day-of timeline sent to all vendors one week prior
Coordination of rehearsal, upon request
Ensure all flowers are distributed correctly (bouquets and boutonnieres, etc)
Oversight of and assistance with ceremony/reception set up and tear down
Manage set up of any items not done through vendors (like DIY projects, programs, menus, etc)
Greet vendors, wedding party, and guests on your special day
Ensure readiness of the bridal party (and rings!) and cue walks down the aisle at the appropriate times
Work with DJ on cueing of special moments (like introduction, first dances, toasts, cake cutting)
Distribute final tips and payment to vendors if necessary
Ensure end of event arrangements for gifts, guest book, etc.
