Depending on the needs of each couple, our fees are billed hourly, or on a percentage basis. We are able to help as little or as much as you may need. Keeping in mind that each couple is different and will want us to perform different tasks, we have prepared an a la carte menu from which each couple can pick and choose the services they need. They, in turn, will only pay for those services, nothing more and nothing less. We are also able to offer packages that include anything from vendor referrals to full-service planning.

Lux-A-Holic (Full Service)

Planning and coordinating a wedding can be an extremely hectic process. We handle every detail, freeing you and your family to savor every moment. The Lux-A-Holic package is made especially for couples that have a vision of their dream day, but do not have the time to put everything together. *From the moment you arrive to the moment you depart, you are there to enjoy the festivities as much as your guests, and we are there to make that happen. I Do...Weddings will work through your wedding day to make sure that every detail is followed through as planned. Even after the wedding day we'll ensure that all returns are made, all gifts are delivered, all announcements are sent out, tuxedos are returned, dresses are cleaned, and bouquets are preserved.

- Unlimited consultations and meetings on phone, through email, and in person. (Does not apply to destination weddings)

- 24 hour phone service the two weeks before the wedding


This package caters to the couples that want to be actively involved in the planning process but want a professional consultant to guide them every step of the way. I Do Weddings will recommend vendors, locations, and provide creative assistance. This package provides assistance with the big picture and helps fill in the gaps and makes sure nothing is overlooked for the busy bride and groom that need some help along the way.

- 4 additional in person consultation appointments as wedding day approaches
- Unlimited phone and email contact
- Assist with the selection and booking of ceremony and reception venue

- Attend vendor meetings with bride and groom
- Confirm wedding day vendors
- Prepare a timeline of events for ceremony and reception and give to all vendors and wedding party members 2 weeks before wedding day

Otherwise known as "Day of Coordination", this package is designed for couples that want complete control of the planning process and have secured all vendors but need a little direction so that they can relax and have a STRESS FREE day. I Do Weddings will provide the assistance needed in coordinating the services of all your hired vendors to make sure your wedding goes of the way you always dreamed.

- Includes 4 hours of meetings in which budget, final vendor selections, theme, décor, etc. will be discussed
- Ongoing and unlimited contact through phone and email
- Preparation of a personalized rehersal and wedding day itinerary
- Design of reception included
- Review of all vendor contracts
- Ongoing communication with vendors to ensure your expectations are met
- Final walk through of ceremony and reception sites
- Assist with final checklist to be sure you have everything accomplished
- Assist with any last minute projects such as seating charts, place cards, programs, menu cards, favors, etc.
- Complete wedding day coordination with one or two coordinators (depending on size of event) This includes but is not limited to the following:

· Greeting vendors
· Receiving deliveries
· Distribution of final payment and tips to all vendors
· Organize and set up any photos, meal place cards, cake cutting items, toasting glasses, guest book and pen at ceremony and/or reception
· Overseeing proper setup of reception and ceremony locations
· Essential wedding day emergency kit
· Ensuring that the couple is having a stress free day
· Distribute flowers to wedding party and assist with pinning of buttoners
· Greeting and directing guests to ceremony area
· Keep the wedding party and families stress free
· Ensuring the Bride, Groom and wedding party are prepared for post ceremony portraits

· Ensuring that the timeline is followed throughout the day
· Trouble shoot when needed
· Distribute tossing items and line up guests
· Coordinating all reception details such as Grand entrance, first dance, toasting, cake cutting, etc.
· Set-up and tear down of rental spaces (limitations apply)
