I am Cassandra Churchill owner of Aisle Do, Weddings and Events! I started my business late September 2014. Aisle Do, offers planning services for a wide range of events, from marriage proposals, weddings, baby showers and any sort of party or event! I am a young fresh new face in the industry ready to dive in and put my passion of events to fabulous use, providing my clients with the best service and granting the wishes of the client to create the event of their dreams all the while maintaining the ever so important budget.

Services

Full Wedding Coordination Package

Services Included in Package:
• Initial consultation with the bride and groom
• Unlimited phone and email availability during business hours (8:00 am - 8:00 pm)
• At least three planning meetings between clients and planner throughout planning process
• Help to prepare and understand the budget, manage budget and keep within originally set budget where manageable, advise of any overages and how they can be solved when applicable
• Prepare a budget spreadsheet, scheduling/timeline and checklists (guest lists, décor lists, vendor lists etc.)
• Assist with site tours when necessary, selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
• Assist with décor ideas and decisions such as color scheme, theme and style of the wedding
• Answer etiquette questions
• Assist with planning of wedding related gatherings such as working with Maid of Honour or Best Man on Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, Engagement Party, Bridal Shower, Jack and Jill etc.
• Monthly email updates on budget, timeline, progress and things to get done in the coming month
• Assist with selection of wedding attire and accessories, accompaniment to fittings if desired
• Help with finding, negotiating, and booking suitable vendors. I will assist with scheduling appointments and accompany clients to up to two meetings per vendor category

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner
• Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors services/products, relay decisions from clients to vendors
• Be vendor point of contact
• Assist with the choosing, ordering, and sending of invitations
• Assistance with tracking RSVP's and who will be attending and who has declined
• Ceremony planning, seating, processional, music etc
• Prepare itineraries which will be provided to vendors
• Verify all payment schedules are up to date
• Assist with honeymoon planning where applicable
• Final walk-through with client at selected sites month of the wedding
• Final timelines prepared previous to the month of the wedding
• Final consultation with vendors the month of the wedding
• Final meeting covering all details with client, the month of wedding and the week prior to the wedding. This two hour planning meeting will include:
o Ceremony planning, processional, recessional, placement
o Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to client and vendors
o Final walk-through with client at selected sites month of the wedding (meeting should include florist and photographer if possible)
o Rehearsal Dinner/Brunch Attendance and/or Coordination
o Inventory spreadsheet of wedding items to be setup on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.
o Wedding Day Coordination (see below)

Wedding Day Coordination
• Check with vendors to confirm arrangements previous to wedding day
• Attend overseeing and directing the ceremony and reception ( up to 10 hours additional charge for each additional hour )
• Receive deliveries and greet vendors
• Make sure reception and ceremony areas are set up as planned
• Assist with handing out wedding flowers pinning on corsages, boutonnieres, etc.
• Provide wedding emergency kit
• Planner’s assistant to help in case of any unforeseen circumstances and to assist planners duties
• Make sure table numbers, place cards, programs, wedding favours are correctly placed
• Get wedding party in place to walk down the aisle. Making sure flowers are held correctly, timing is perfect, wedding dress trains are straight, etc.
• Help photographer get the pictures you want, making sure family members are available and in place for the photographer, provide checklist for photographer if necessary
• Assist with set up when necessary or delegate task to appropriate people
• Make sure reception area is set up as planned, candles lit, DJ on schedule, etc.
• Arrange grand entrance of Bride and Groom
• Handle any problems that may come up with vendors
• Make sure things are running on schedule
• Make sure all vendors receive final payments as needed
• Coordinate the collection of gifts received at wedding to be delivered to pre-arranged spot
• Collect guest books, cameras, personal items, etc. to be delivered to pre-arranged spot
• Ensure hotel suite is ready for newlywed couple, where applicable
• Make sure transportation is running on time
• Provide a stress free day for the bride and groom



Month-Of Wedding Day Coordination

Services Included in Package:

o Initial meeting with Bride and Groom at Venue to discuss wedding day vision (2 hours)
o Create a Month-Of timeline with tasks to completed in the weeks leading up to wedding day
o Create itinerary for wedding day to also be handed out to vendors and wedding party members
o Contact vendors to confirm arrangements a couple of weeks previous to wedding day
o Unlimited client Phone Calls and emails in weeks leading up to wedding day during business hours
