My name is Juanita Michelle and I have been planning, organizing and coordinating events since high school. What started as a passion and something fun, eventually doors opened for me to start an event planning home based business. Since a child I always loved serving people, hospitality is one of my God given talents. I have served in my church, community as well as in my various work environments. I have planned and coordinated for over 20 years. Within those years I have coordinated from men and women retreats, leadership workshop, annual women breakfast, family reunions, birthday parties and anniversaries. My desire is to assure that my clients entrust me to provide a service in creating memories for a lifetime.
Consultation Services (Wedding)
As the wedding coordinator, I will provide professional wedding coordination that will help fulfill a variety of needs. I will provide options of service that will work within the budget. I am located in Kansas City, Missouri area, but willing to travel within a reasonable notification, so I can plan accordingly.
The Final Touches
If the client has planned everything on their own, but need my assistance to handle the day of affairs. During the last month planning your own wedding can become hectic and chaotic. So I will set up a consultation to go over the final details with the client, contact vendors and facilitate any rehearsals that may be needed prior to the wedding. I will also be on hand with my staff to aid in any necessary set up to make sure that what the client has request, that their demands are met.
The Element of Design and Preparation
This package is for individuals who need a little more assistance in their planning. Our team would be utilized in the final planning with vendors, set up with facility management, and the designing of the room to help create the look and feel that the client shared during the consultation. Of course we will be on hand to help with the décor and any assistance needed of our team.
The Platinum Experience
This package is designed for those clients who desires or need our services from beginning to day of event. The clients are the final decision maker and provide feedback on what they want and how they want it. Most of the planning process will be left up to the Event Consultant to create that memory for a lifetime. Our team will assist with the ultimate vision and incorporate all of the essentials you would need as part of your day. This package is a combination of all the other packages and will include some other special services that may be desired.
