Who I am and what I believe.
Hi, I’m Virginia!
I’m a Venezuelan woman. If you don’t know where Venezuela is, that is ok! I can tell you that it is a Latin country located in South America along the Caribbean Sea with beautiful beaches and great people. And you probably are asking yourself, what I am doing here? The reason is simple. It’s because of my husband, who was born and raised in Virginia.
I’m a very organized, pragmatic and romantic person. I like to set goals and pursue them. I strongly believe that planning and preparation are the keys to success in everything. I also believe that if you share your experience and knowledge, you can make this world better.
I can offer service in English or Spanish to give you the opportunity to express the vision for your event in your own language.

What I can offer to you.
I have a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Relations, which allowed me to gain experience in Human Resources, and provided the opportunity to interact with different types of people and organize different genre of events. After my experience in Human Resources, I wanted more, so my employer presented the opportunity to become a Project Manager where I developed my penchant toward the fascinating world of ‘Planning’. With my background in project planning and organizing events, including every step of my own wedding, I decided to augment my knowledge with an International Event & Wedding Planning Professional (IEWP™) credential and share it with others to help them have beautiful events.

Services

WEDDINGS
The package price can vary depending on the size of the wedding, number of locations involved (wedding + reception) and additional preferences added. Contact me for a complimentary consultation and we can discuss your plan to tailor any package according to your budget.

Take-home information package: I offer this package for couples who that just need an orientation and want to plan their wedding but don’t know where to start. I provide a meeting up to three hours to help you get started and the tools to stay on track.
The package includes:
• Help developing budget (Including saving advices for budget);
• Budget Management sheets;
• Step by Step wedding planning checklist;
• Help determine your wedding style;
• Provide vendor lists;
• Discussion of wedding roles;
• Event tracking tools.

Full Planning: This package is for couples who don’t have the time to attend to every detail that planning a wedding requires. I plan the whole event for you. I sit down with you to put together a timeline and plan how the event itself will go, present venues and vendors for selection that will make sure your wedding is a memorable success.
This package includes:
• Initial complimentary consultation with the bride and groom;
• Phone and email availability during business hours;
• At least three planning meetings between clients and planner;
• Ongoing updates and consultation with clients regarding vendors services/products;
• Help to create budget and monitor spending;
• Prepare a schedule/timeline and checklists;
• Assist with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding;
• Assist with the choosing of invitations;
• Assist with site tours, selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues;
• Help with finding, and booking suitable vendors. I
• Assist with selection of wedding attire and accessories, accompaniment to fittings if desired;
• Assistance with tracking RSVP's and who will be attending;
• Ceremony planning: placement, processional, recessional;
• Final consultation with vendors to coordinate and ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner;
• Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to client and vendors;
• Final walk-through with client at selected sites month of the wedding ;
• Collection and inventory of wedding items to be setup on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc; (limitations apply).
• This package also includes all items provided in Day of Coordination Package.

Partial Planning: For the bride who may have already completed part of her planning and needs less help than a Full Package. This offering allows the bride a hands-on role in her planning with our professional assistance to guide her. We work together to orchestrate your perfect day.
This package includes:
• Initial complimentary consultation with the bride and groom;
• Phone and email availability during business hours;
• At least two planning meetings between clients and planner;
• Help to prepare and understand the budget;
• Prepare bride and groom timelines and checklists;
• Email reminders first of the month of what needs to be accomplished that month;
• One visit to site of both wedding and reception to review setup;
• Assist with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding;
• Provide a list of preferred vendors as needed for the bride to set appointments. Ceremony planning: placement, processional, recessional;
• Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to client and vendors;
• Final walk-through with client at selected sites month of the wedding;
• Collection and inventory of wedding items to be setup on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc. (limitations apply).
• This package also includes all items provided in Day of Coordination Package.

Day of Coordination: You already planned the event of your dreams but don’t want to be distracted from enjoying your day enjoy with your friends and loved ones. Stylish Planning by VFS (SP) will monitor and coordinate every little detail for you, making the event flow smoothly and truly become an event to remember.
This package includes:
• Two sessions of 2-hour pre-wedding consultation to plan timeline and discuss details / responsibilities;
• Confirmation with all vendors for arrival, deliveries, pick-up times;
• Wedding day timeline and management of all details from start to finish of wedding ceremony and reception, including directing vendors;
• Event schedule for your wedding party, family and vendors;
• One Walk through of ceremony and/or reception venue;
• Coordinate with MC for introductions, first dance, toasts, cake cuttings, etc.
• Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors during event
• Pack up gifts, leftover favors, decorations and give to designed person(s)
• Collection and inventory of wedding items to be setup on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc. (limitations apply).
• Return rental items if needed (limitations apply).

Customize your package: Do you need help with specific components of your event? I can help you. According to your needs I can offer the following services:
• Vendor referrals;
• Budget development and tracking;
• Customized monthly checklists.
• Manage guest list RSVPs;
• Stationary assembly;
• Pick up and/or return rented items;
• Planning and coordination of any of these events: Engagement Party, Bridal Shower or Rehearsal Dinner;
• Assistance your out-of-town guests including maps and itineraries, hotel accommodations, transportation and delivering welcome baskets to the hotel;
• Organize and monitor couples’ gift registries.
