Planning & organizing my own wedding, was fun & exciting yet very time consuming & sometimes stressful. I realized being organized, delegating tasks and being prepared for the unexpected, reduces the stress & things usually work out better then you ever dreamed. Through it all I enjoyed every aspect of planning & organizing, gained a wealth of knowledge & wished to assist others with their special day.
As your wedding assistant it would be my job to help you stay organized, stay on budget & ultimately keep stress free. I can help guide you over bumps while assisting you with planning one of the most important days of your life.
I have been a resident of the beautiful Okanagan for over 20 years. Since planning and organizing my own wedding I have had a dream to assist brides with their own dreams of having a beautiful wedding. I have had the pleasure of assisting with planning, organizing and setting up weddings, worked in a local bridal shop where I assist couples with invitation selection, rentals, décor, assembling favors and centerpieces. I also have experience planning, organizing and setting up corporate events; assisted with the Welcome Wagon Bridal Show.
I am a graduate of the Association of Bridal Consultants and recently a student of QC Quality of Course Wedding Planning. I also have bookkeeping experience (great for helping you stay on budget).

~ make suggestions to help save money, stay on budget and still achieve your vision for your beautiful day
~ help with locating the perfect location for your ceremony and/or reception
~ check the venue for availability, cost and checking regulations
~ help locate and make appointments with caterers, decorators, officiants, etc.
~ help make sure everything is delivered, organized and set up on wedding day
~ make suggestions to help you achieve the atmosphere you visualize for your ceremony and reception venue
~ arrange for meetings with vendors for rentals, décor, cake, flowers, transportation and other items and services that can help create your vision
~ reminders for appointments
~ follow up with you and vendors along the way to assure every one is on the same track and to be prepared for the unexpected.
