As a mother of two teenagers, I have been planning parties for as long as I can remember. Not only for my children but for my husband and his company as well. Depending on what the occasion, I have created very elaborate and extensive events to small cozy gatherings, all the while while maximizing my budget.
From a small gathering of friends for a nice wine tasting or full blown corporate event, I am here to help you achieve your dreams.
I grew up in a small town in New Mexico. After living many years in my hometown, working in the banking industry, I moved to Austin, Texas in 1998, where I began my management career. After several years in Austin I was relocated by the company I was working for to Houston, Texas. Being the adventurous person I am, I moved to Houston not knowing a soul and began managing Executive Suites in the Houston area. I managed the suites for almost 14 years until our company was sold. I moved on to work for a non-profit where I learned many skills that I use today for planning events, fund raising, and meetings in general.
Houston where my life truly began. My husband and I are happily married and have two children. They are both very active teenagers now, and keep us busy. We love to attend sporting events, go fishing, golfing, movies, and throwing parties.
Over the years I have not only attended a few parties, I have also planned them. Not only my children’s parties, but events for my husband’s company, my company parties, events, and gala as well. I am a planner. Once I have an idea and we are ready to roll with it, there is no stopping me from finding the perfect flowers, venue, music, decorations, and invitations. I pay extreme attention to details, and also have a back-up plan.
I am a doer. If you know what you want, and what our budget is, I will find a way. I want you to have the best event and most memorable time. Let’s sit down and talk and see what we can make work for you.
