Growing up I always had a passion for design, organization, and planning events. Event planning and coordination are where I excel naturally, so making a career of it seemed to fit perfectly. My technical knowledge combined with over 13 years of industry experience ensure that your event will go off without a hitch. Planning a wedding is a big job for anyone, especially if you're new at it. We offer four different wedding planning packages and a range of "a la carte" services to help you plan your big day. From a casual consultation full of advice and vendor connections to full scale wedding planning and coordination.
If you're planning an event and in need of inspiration or simply don't have the time or resources to plan your function on your own, Premier Events can assist on many different levels. By providing a few pointers, contacting vendors for you, or if you simply need someone to manage the day of your event, I can provide a package that fits your needs. I can create, plan, design, organize, and coordinate a variety of memorable events. I work with you to create an event vision that includes what you want while staying within your budget. It is my goal to make sure you experience your event as a guest and I take care of all of the work. From start to finish, I am there to guide you through the planning process and make sure all the details are covered in advance.
If it wasn't for Premier Events, mine and my husband's wedding wouldn't have run so smoothly and perfect. Bri was hired for our wedding as an on-the-day coordinator. From the beginning she was very flexible with her services, and always very easy to get ahold of and communicate with, especially considering we were from out of town. We met with her a few weeks before the wedding to iron out the scheduling details for the day. The day before the wedding, she ran us through a rehearsal ceremony, which was extremely helpful. My family and I had set up the venue the day before, but as it was an outdoor venue, everything had blown over and become a complete mess the next day. Bri had EVERYTHING set back up and fixed by the time all of the guests arrived, and even had an extra wall partition set up on the tent to prevent further disaster by the wind! She cued everyone down the aisle, ensured that the MC's kept schedule, set up the cake table, set out appys, and did a million other odd jobs throughout the night as per my request. Bri did an amazing job and the entire event ran so smoothly!! She also kept me calm too what with all my wedding nerves!! We absolutely could not have done it without her!! I would highly recommend her services!!
Bri at Premier Events is absolutely lovely to work with and was a great addition to our year of wedding planning. Although I was fairly ahead of the game and had nearly everything picked out and paid for, Bri has a lot of knowledge on the small details and timelines of when certain tasks need to be done. This was extremely helpful as I missed or overlooked a few things. Communication was always conducted In a timely and professional manner. Although she wasn't able to attend at our wedding day (previous commitment to another wedding) she made a 4 hour drive to assist in our rehearsal. This was extremely helpful and appreciated and made our day run much more smoothly. We also used her services to do the set up and take down at our reception. The set up of the decor was beyond what we had expected and we couldn't have been happier. The following day when we went to pick up our times everything was set nicely aside in boxes which made packing everything up so much easier. We would highly recommend premier events to help make your big day a breeze!
