Welcome and Congratulations on your engagement!

My name is Jacqueline and I have a passion for wedding planning. I believe that your wedding should be relaxed, fun and full of laughter. I make it my job to coordinate your day without you having to worry about all the details coming together, whether or not a vendor is on time or if the officiant remembered your marriage license.

My goal is to bring your dream wedding to life. Using your style, budget and personality I will help you create your happily ever after.

After graduating Naperville Central High School in 2007 I didn’t know what I wanted to do with my career. However; I did know I didn’t want the typical desk job. I started my employment with ULTA Beauty, the cosmetic super store, and worked retail for the next 5 years where my passion for helping people grew. In 2012 I moved to the ULTA Corporate Office as an administrative assistant where I learned to sharpen my organization, problem solving, multi-tasking, and leadership skills. I’ve had experience planning holiday parties, large business meetings, and business events as an administrative assistant which has prepared me for my life as a detailed wedding planner.

In July 2015 I enrolled through International Wedding Planning Professionals (IWPP) in their Wedding Planning course where I am certified as a professional wedding planner. I am currently working on launching my personal website where you will be able to follow me on current jobs, as well as see all the services I provide in colorful detail. When I’m not involved in planning a project I enjoy Restorative Yoga, crafting, trying new recipes and blogging. Presently I am working on two weddings due to take place May 2016.

• Schedule appointments
• Attend meetings as needed
• Guest response management
• Provide chosen vendors with the information they will need on your wedding day
• Package also includes rehearsal coordination and day of wedding coordination

Partial Planning – This package is fully flexible and customizable

Rehearsal Coordination
• Run down with Bride and Groom
• Run Rehearsal
• Cue each member of party when to walk and where to stand
• This package also includes rehearsal dinner reservations if needed

Day of Coordination
• Timeline meeting 2 – 3 weeks prior
• Coordinating with vendors and musicians throughout the night
• Walkthrough of venue
• Unlimited help and consultation
• Ensuring that the wedding party is photo-ready
• Managing and directing wedding party members and guests throughout the ceremony and reception
• Keep everything on schedule
• Managing any emergencies that arise
• Set up / Take Down*

*Set Up / Take Down - Breakdown
Set up includes

• Have everything ready for your photographer to get detailed shots before the event begins

Take Down
• At the end of the night I will be there to break everything down, pack it up and make sure it is safely returned to you. (If you’re a DIY couple this package is for you)
