Hi my name is Araceli Grow I am an Event/ Wedding planner. Therefore I am available to help you plan whatever you next special event is. I am here to make sure that you have the best experience you can have, I know life can get a bit hectic now a days between work, school and children and sometimes planning the next upcoming event can seem more like a headache than anything else . That’s exactly what I am here for! I am here to make sure that your next upcoming event is a memorable one without you having to deal with every detail! All you have to do is have one consultation with me and let me know what you expectations are for your special event and your wish is my command!!
I was born in small wine country town in northern California. I am married to a wonderful husband and am the youngest of eight siblings, therefore there was always a party to plan in my family you name it birthdays , anniversaries, baby showers, Halloween parties, Christmas parties, new year parties and my most favorite, Weddings! I grew up working at my brother and sister in law’s bridal boutique. I loved helping the bride find her special gown. It was such a wonderful feeling to know that I was able to help the bride find the dress that she would be wearing on such a special day. I always wanted to be involved and was involved on planning every event that came my way! I always talked about enrolling into a course to become Event/Wedding planner but never actually did it until recently when I was a guest at a wedding that unfortunately did not turned out as expected by the Bride and Groom. After that experience I told myself that I would become the best Event/Wedding planner ever and make every event a memorable one! I am a QC event planner graduate and look forward to planning your next special event in any of the cities and towns surrounding Sonoma and Mendocino County such as but not limited to Ukiah, Cloverdale, Healdsburg, Windsor, Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park and Petaluma.

Package # 1 includes planning the whole event from that start to the end
We start off with a consultation I get the details and the party planning begins!!
Once you decide that I am the right Even planner for you, and you know that you absolutely do not want to deal with anything! This is the right package for you!! I will follow through with all the details of the event including but not limited finding the vendors and all the services that are needed for your event. I will make sure that everything is right on schedule and will oversee and coordinate every detail during the planning process and the actual day of the event.
Package# 2 includes only Coordinating the day of the event
If you already planned your event but want to make sure the day of the event runs smoothly, this is the right package for you!!!! Once you hire me I will go over all the details you want me to take care of the day of the event. I will make sure I am at the venue a few hours before the actual event begins. I will make sure that all the vendors arrive at the time assigned and complete their duties as arranged. I will also be ready to solve any problem that might come across. Your Event will run smoothly no matter what!!
Package # 3 includes only the consultation
If you love and have the time to plan your event but just need a little bit of a professional input this is the right package for you!! This package will include a consultation where we will discuss the details and goals for the event you are planning and I will make sure you leave the consultation feeling confident to start planning your special event.
