Level 3 (Full Service):
•Free consultation
•Professional budgeting
•Professional vendor recommendations for every aspect of your event
•Venue research and planning for ceremony and/or reception
•Expert advice on how to plan your event to fit your traditions and entertainment into your celebration
•Master time-line for your event
•Rehearsal day coordination for ceremony
•Coordination of ceremony
•Coordination of event program and entertainment
•Complimentary Organizer Kit (see consultant for details)
•Handling of your vendor payments
•Review of vendor contracts and arrangements
•Unlimited vendor calls to ensure all your event arrangements are accurately booked
•Unlimited visits to your ceremony and/or reception venue(s)
•Unlimited hours of services required to prepare your celebration and more
•Additional Services* provided

Level 2 (Partial Planning):
This is for the client hat has the celebration ideas all thought out, but needs a little help and assistance on hiring the right professionals for all aspects of your event.

•Venue/vendor research for ceremony and reception
•Review of vendor contracts and agreements
•Unlimited vendor calls to ensure all your event arrangements are accurately booked


Level 1 (Coordination of ceremony and/or reception):

•Expert advice on how to plan your event to fit your traditions and entertainment into your celebration
•Master time-line

Destination Weddings:
•Provide Level 1 & 2 support
•Flights, hotel (3 nights) and transportation at destination to be provided by couple per coordinator
•Will require one coordinator per 100 guests

•Ring Design appointments
•Food/Cake Tastings
•Setting hair and makeup appointments
