Once upon a time in 2012 I was a college student looking for a path! At the time I was looking for a part time job and landed one with a wedding photographer. It was love at first wedding! I declared my major in Sport, Event and Tourism Management and it led me down the path of event planning and project management. In short, I love being organized, planning and being involved with one of the important days of the couples lives.

Caitlin's Creations offers two day-of coordinating packages!


Keep us Organized!

Your Wedding Coordinator Will:
•Be on location for 6 hours of continuous Wedding Day coverage (including set-up and clean-up time) at reception venue.
•Meet with you for three personal consults to discuss event and confirm details (Meet & Greet, Go Time!, Just Around the Corner).
•Create your wedding day timeline.
•Act as a point of contact for booked vendors to establish timeline.
•Arrival at venue Prior to event to ensure set-up/placement/delivery of personal items as instructed in designated places.
•Organize vendors and wedding party to stay on track with the established timeline.
•Perform MC & Service Line Organizer Duties during reception (as needed).
•Organization of transfers for personal items back to couple (cake top, cake cutters, flutes, gifts, etc.).
•Depart after clean-up crew arrival.



Guide us Through!

Your Wedding Coordinator will:
•Assist with locating vendors for the big day.
•Be available for questions, concerns and/or suggestions through phone and email with less than a 24 hour response time.
•Visit up to two vendors (client’s choice) for consultations and/or walk through.
•Plan and design the reception layout.
•Be on location and help organize the Rehearsal (up to 1 hour of continuous coverage) at the ceremony location the day before the wedding.
•Be on location for continuous Wedding Day coverage (including set-up and clean-up time) at ceremony and reception venue(s).
•Meet with you for three personal consults to discuss event and confirm details (Meet & Greet, Go Time!, Just Around the Corner).
•Create your wedding day timeline.
