My name is Miranda Lettrari and I am an Event/Wedding Coordinator. When planning an event many people find they get stressed and feel when the event has passed they have not had the time to enjoy it. Professional Event/Wedding Coordinators are here for you to relieve any stresses that surface during the planning process. This helps you sit back and enjoy all that is to come. My design ideas are inspired by you and your event. I am here to listen to you, your likes, your dreams, and your inspirations. For your event to be perfect, it needs to be inspired by you. As a professional I will be there to help guide you and expand your ideas.
I was born and still reside in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. After graduating from high school I was accepted to the Art Institute of Vancouver for Fashion Design and Marketing. With great consideration I decided to further my education at the University of Saskatchewan. Realizing University was not my place of choice, I found Event/Wedding Planning.
My education consists of classes in Fashion Design, Interior Design, one year in Arts and Science, and an Event/Wedding Coordinator Certificate from QC Quality of Course INC.
Classes in Fashion and Interior Design have expanded my artistic eye. With knowledge of clothing and decorative design I can assist you in creating the perfect atmosphere and experience for you and your guests. I have spent many years working with the public and have gained many skills necessary in event/wedding planning. Working with a qualified Event/Wedding Coordinator helps you plan every detail to your liking, making your event one to remember.
This is a take-home package. It includes a consultation, discussing all major elements of your wedding/event. You will receive a package providing you tools to help you in planning your own wedding/event. Tools include: task lists, budget sheets, vendor recommendations and other helpful information.
For the couple who have planned their wedding/event and needs day of support. This service includes a consultation, coordination of vendors, detailed itinerary, decor set-up (hourly rates after 8 hrs), and one meeting.
If you have done most of the wedding/event planning and need design help, this is the package for you. It includes decor for your entire event and up to 8 hrs of set-up (hourly rates after 8 hrs) as well as wedding day support and organization of vendors and all involved individuals of you wedding/event. Two scheduled meeting.
This service includes a consultation and the planning of your wedding/event. Will include finding vendors and services needed and taking care of other details for your wedding/event, including up to 8hrs decor set-up (hourly rates after 8 hrs). Three scheduled meetings.
This service includes a consultation, planning of vendors, rehearsal coordination, up to 8 hrs decor set-up (hourly rates after 8 hrs), and services the day of your wedding/event. For day of services I am there to oversee your wedding/event, from organizing the vendors, lending a helping hand, to problem solving. All helpful wedding/event planning and organizing tools will be supplied. Minimum of four scheduled meetings will be provided.
This is the full service package. Including a consultation, coordinating all details prior to the wedding/event and day of services. This service also includes any related tasks after the wedding/event. All helpful wedding/event planning and organizing tools will be supplied. Minimum of five scheduled meetings will be provided.

Wish Tree/Eisel Rental
Want something different then the normal guest book. Rent a Silver Wish Tree where people can write down their wishes for you - $30.
Don't know where to put your seating plan? Rent a hand-made wooden artist Eisel for $40.
***All rentals require a damage deposit which will be returned when rentals are returned in thier original condition. All rentals must be returned within 2 days after the event.***
Bouquets were great! Got them to be exactly what I had envisioned. Worked well with me to tweak bouquets, and also made me a throw bouquet which was a great addition and something I had not thought of. Great quality and I am excited to keep my bouquet for years to come! December 21, 2011
I was very happy with my flowers, they were absolutley beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The throw away bouquet was great and something I never thought of. Thank you so much my bouquet is sitting at my grandpas grave!
