My name is Debbie Quinn, the owner of To Have and To Hold. I love helping brides with the most important day of their life. Between the flowers and planning, I can make the day special even if you don't have a lot of money to spend. My idea of a wedding planner is someone who is there for the bride ...and the groom, of course. Not only during the planning stages, but also the day of the wedding. Someone who is reliable and detailed, but most of all, aware of feelings that are involved with planning a wedding.

When I had my wedding 25 years ago, there was not much information or someone to walk along side to help. My mother and I had to go through it blindly until a wonderful lady stepped up and offered to coordinate the wedding at the church. After my wedding was over, I realized how much fun it was to plan weddings and parties. So, I started offering help to my friends and family for fun. I have been planning weddings off and on for 25 years now. And I love it!! I've been coordinating in my church, worked at venues, and planned home and garden weddings. It's a lot of work but so rewarding when the day finally comes for that bride you've been working with. It's interesting how trends come and go, certain traditions stay, some are changed slightly, but one thing never changes, the bride will always go down the aisle!

There are several different packages to choose from,
and these packages and the floral package will be discussed at consultation. Just remember, I will work with you on your budget so you can have the beautiful wedding you always dreamed about.

Coordinating the Day of Wedding

This #1 package includes: coordinating the Rehearsal, the Ceremony, and the Reception time-line. I will be involved in setting up for the Ceremony and Reception, and cleaning up after Reception (gathering gifts, cards, guest book, cake knife and server, etc. ) I will work with DJ and catering staff to make sure everything runs smoothly on the time line.

The Classic Wedding

This #2 package includes: coordinating the Rehearsal & Dinner, the Ceremony, and the Reception time-line. Contacting vendors 3 weeks before Wedding, confirming dates and times, Setting up and clean up (gathering gifts, guest book, cake knife and server, etc.) Review "to do" list, and visit the ceremony and reception site, and manage the Wedding day events.

The Grand Wedding

This #3 package includes: Finding Wedding venues, setting up meetings for viewing the location. Coordinate and attend all vendor meetings, managing payments for vendors, and confirmation of vendors. Send invitations, track RSVP responses, and create place cards, etc. Set up lodging/transportation for out-of-town guest. Coordinating Rehearsal & Dinner, the Ceremony, and Reception time-line. Set up and break down afterwards, (gathering gifts, guest book, cake knofe and server, etc.) Return all rentals (cake stands, flower vases, tuxes, etc.)
