Put your home in the sales spotlight

I have been staging homes for two years. I enjoy working with clients to help them maximize their home’s potential so that it will sell quickly and for the best price. This starts with a flat fee, two hour in-home consultation. I then provide you with a written report on your next steps. Individual room layouts, colour recommendations and product sourcing is provided at an additional fee. I take pride in being able to work with your own furnishings and accessories to keep your investment to a minimum for maximum effect.

Having moved 12 times in 15 years I was staging our home before I knew it was "staging". Our home was competing with many others on the market and I instinctively cleaned, decluttered and depersonalized it with each move. Those were the basics. As a graduate of the QC Staging and Re-design program, I am able to advise you on how you can show your home to its potential. Make the best of its positives and detract from any negatives. Does the room have a focal point? Are the walls the right colour? Is the furniture arranged for best traffic flow and comfort? Have you created curb appeal? These are questions I can help you with.

My services start with a two hour in-home consultation. I will go through each room and provide you with a written report on what needs to be done taking into consideration staging and design criteria.
By following the recommendations in my staging report, you will be creating spaces where potential buyers can imagine themselves - making your home one that buyers want to move in to. The majority of home buyers want a move-in ready home. My report will include recommendations on where best to invest your time and money creating that move-in ready feeling. Neglecting even small repairs will detract from that move-in ready feeling and reduce the selling price.

If you are not planning on selling your house, but just want a fresh look, I can help you re-design, often using the furniture and accessories that you already have.
