Hello, I am Nanc Volesky, Sole Proprietor of eNVy Decorating and Design. Do you need a stager for a quick house sale, or do you desire a room redecorated, or maybe those closets need a professional declutter? I'm the person for the job. My goal in any job I take on is to provide my customer with the very best service!
For over 18 years I was in the accounting field and then was fortunate to stay home for twelve years and raise my daughter. I still do accounting, but my colleagues and friends said I need to put my creative side to work for me. I sold my home this last fall and was told by my realtor after I staged my house that this is something I have a talent in. I love to decorate, design; including the actual painting and creating of decorating pieces and I'm a very organized person. So I enrolled in QC Design School to get certificed in staging and decorating. I also started working at a Home Consignment Center to get my self more knowledgable about furniture and accessories. This has also created a client base for me too!
eNVy Decorating and Staging provides the following services:
Staging - Two Part Consultation:
-Owner occupied homes, using furnishings and decor the homeowner already has and also adding necessary pieces if needed. $200 (Max 4 hrs): additional hrs/$40hr.
-$30 an hour for customers in a 20 mile radius; increases by $5 for every additional 15 miles.
-$30 an hour, if purchasing materials; reimbursed immediately. Painting fee will adjust the same as the de-cluttering fee for mile radius. Keep in mind this is manageable painting jobs; such as interior painting for rooms w/o cathedral ceilings.
Creating Decor Items (such as canvas art, personal prints and murals):
-$30 an hour for the labor and shopping for materials; materials purchased are subject to an immediate reimbursement.
