My name is Kaylah Key, owner of K-Squared Events and current Venue Manager for Three Three Three First Avenue in Dallas, Texas. I have managed the venue since it opened in May 2006. Since then I have worked with many clients hosting a variety of events at the space. In that time, I have gained a large interest in helping my clients achieve the best event they can. I feed off of the opportunity to inspire an event.

I also have a background in commercial photography production, therefore, giving me the organizational and social skills needed to produce a successful event.
I truly care about the success of my clients' event and make every effort to show them I am dedicated 110%. I believe in the power of "word of mouth" advertising. That being said, my work speaks for itself and there is nothing better than a satisfied client suggesting my services to a friend or family member.

MONTH OF SERVICE for events hosted at Three Three Three First Avenue
Ceremony & Reception

PLAN
-Initial consultation to review plans, details, logistics, and vendors
-Continuous communication
-Includes 10 hours on the day of the event
-Send vendors itinerary for event day
-Coordinate final vendor meeting at venue
-Finalize layout for ceremony and reception
- Prepare ceremony itinerary for vendors and wedding party
-Create reception timeline
-Coordinate, review and confirm vendor deliveries, set-up and pick-up arrangements

EXECUTE
-Direct rehearsal
-Confirm all vendor responsibilities two weeks prior to the event
-Confirm all vendor responsibilities one day prior to the event
-Prepare reception itinerary for vendors
-Oversee ceremony / reception set-up
-Table and chair set-up
-Assist with pinning and distribution of flowers
-Arrange guest book table, cake table, programs, place cards and favors
-Check room set-up according to the layout
-Distribute final payments and gratuities
-Direct ceremony / reception
-Assist photographer (as needed)
-Acting as liason between bride/ family and vendors
-Access to event day emergency kit
-Prepare guest for bridal couple send off
-Assist with collection and loading of gifts and personal items
