Clients can chose from hourly rates, planning packages or can have a package created to custom-fit their needs.

From Head to Toe is a complete planning package that is best for clients who have just started thinking about an event and would like assistance with everything from choosing and booking the venue to ordering the napkins. Services can include (but are not limited to): monthly meetings; deciding upon and defining the theme; choosing and booking the venue, the caterer, the entertainment, the photographer, etc; communicating with all vendors associated with the event; designing, printing, and delivering advertising/invitations; arranging decorations; etc.

Bits and Pieces is a partial planning package that is best for clients who have begun the planning process and would like guidance and assistance to complete the job. Perhaps a bride-to-be has become overwhelmed with the amount of decisions to be made for her wedding or perhaps a dance teacher is running out of time to plan her dance recital and would like to focus her time and energy on getting the dancers ready. Starting with a meeting to determine what has been done and what needs to be done, services can be tailor-fit to ensure that the client receives the assistance he/she needs with the remaining tasks.

Party Time! is a consulting and day of the event package that is best for clients would like assistance the day of the event. This package can be added on to a planning package to cover all planning and all day-of the event services. The “Party Time!” package starts with a meeting to ensure that all essential planning steps have been completed and can include a rehearsal of the event. On the day of the event, services can include (but are not limited to): meeting vendors at the location and assisting them with set-up; arranging set-up and take-down of tables, chairs, place settings, audio-visual equipment and decorations; and generally assuring that everything runs smoothly during the event.

You are so awesome for being my "go to girl". You helped us out a lot and we really appreciated that!! From sign making to cupcake decorating to people bossing - you probably did a lot of things that I didn't even know - but everything ran smoothly and that was the best part. Thank you thank you thank you!

I would like to give a heartfelt thank you to Kim Free for all the hard work she and her helpers put into this year's 2013 Graduation Banquet. The atmosphere and decorations were spectacular. This lady really knows how to create a magical moment! Thanks so much :)
