YOLO (you only live once), so leave the planning to me.
My name is Gina and I live in Boston. I have grown up in the city my entire life and love it. I also love getting away from the city once in a while to slow life down and enjoy everything around me. I come from a large family, therefore, I know how family dynamics can sometimes be difficult. I have worked in customer service for almost ten years. I love interacting with people because I learn new things from everyone I encounter. When working and/or interacting with clients, I want to make sure that we reach the desired goal together. I like to work closely with my clients because it is their event and I am there to facilitate the process and make things go smoothly.
I am an alumni of Roger Williams University, which is located in Bristol, Rhode Island. I graduated in 2009, and began to think about what to do next. There were many things that peaked my interest, but the passion did not seem to come alive. I continued to work in various fields until I discovered that I always loved planning trips, parties, and various events for friends and acquaintances. The passion was always there I just never thought about it as a job. I then decided to research various educational courses on event planning and discovered QC Event School, and I felt that it was a perfect match for me. I have gained a vast amount of knowledge about the event planning business that it has been a rewarding experience.
I am an event planner, who looks forward to sharing in your special occasion no matter how big or small. My goal for every event is to make my client's dream become a reality. I work closely with my client's to develop a concept or theme, if needed, and to find suppliers and/or vendors for various aspects leading up to the event. Depending on my client's preference, I can be available on the date of the event to assist in the setup, organization, troubleshooting (if needed), and take down for the event. All of my services can be discussed further at a consultation that can be scheduled via email or phone. During the consultation, my client and I can discuss what services are needed for his/her event.
