WEDDING SERVICES

Consultation with a Professional Planner

This service is ideal for couples who want to do the work themselves but just aren't sure where to start or would like help with a concept to work with. Consultation includes a minimum two hour session, where we sit down and discuss any ideas they already have to start. Clippings from magazines are a great start to see what the couple likes and dislikes. From there Samantha will help with a concept, colour selection, budgeting, etiquette, how to deal with vendors and questions you need to ask, schedules, and answer any other questions pertaining to the big day!

Day of Coordination

This service is created for couples who have done all the work and planning themselves, and would like someone to ensure that the plans and details are all in order on the big day, ensuring a smooth wedding day and freeing up the bride and groom and families to enjoy the day to it's fullest! This service includes a meeting with bride and groom two to three weeks before the wedding to obtain and go over vendor contracts, discuss timelines, the rehearsal, and all necessary details necessary. Samantha will be present at the rehearsal to gently direct and organize all wedding party members, ensuring all parties know what they have to do on the big day. She will also sort out any questions or confusions the party may have, and oversee the decor and programs are in place. Samantha will then be present on the big day for a total of twelve hours to ensure the wedding from start to finish moves with ease, and any conflicts or set backs are quickly resolved. Samantha will ensure all vendors are set up and ready to go, the decor is overlooked to ensure all details are in place, and to ensure all bridal parties are on time and know what they are supposed to be doing! This service is in my opinion a requirement for any wedding, as there are so many things happening at one time and usually no one person to oversee everything is on schedule, the decor and lighting are perfectly set up and most importantly that the bride and groom and guests are happy!

Complete Wedding Planning

This service is for the couple who is very busy and requires the assistance of a hired professional to ensure their day is magical and worry free. All final decisions are to be approved by the bride and groom made enjoy your special day to it's fullest. This package includes but is not limited to the following:

Initial consultation (9-12months prior to your wedding)
Budget preparation
Concept, theme, style and colour selection (inspired by your ideas and vision)
Ceremony and reception site selection and booking
Guest list preparation
Save the dates, invitations, RSVP's, escort cards and place preparation
Escort card and place card preparation
Customized escort card table, guest book signing table and cake table
Customized table settings (head table and guest tables)
Rentals including backdrops, tents, candelabras, elegant linens, whatever is needed!
Cake design selection
Wedding Favours complete with ribbons and tags
Floral designs, selection of bouquets, corsages, centerpieces, etc.
Live musicians, disk jockeys and entertainers
Photography and videography (engagement and wedding photos)
Accommodation (for guests and bride and groom's wedding night suite)
Transportation (limousine, coach buses or taxi service arranged to ensure guests arrive home safely)
Wedding day itinerary
Contract review of all vendors
Follow up with all vendors one week prior to the wedding
Final appointment with bride and groom to discuss wedding timelines
Rehearsal coordination
Full wedding coordination (12 hours)

We wanted to be married in our parents home in December and soon realized that it wasn't going to be so easy to plan, especially because December was only 2 1/2 months away! We needed help! We hired Samantha and she helped us with everything from table, chair and linen rentals to booking a caterer to hiring a minister for the ceremony to helping choose a cake and more!
