Having been born and raised in the South, I am truly a Southern girl! I love southern warmth and hospitalitly. Interior decorating is my second career. I have enjoyed designing and decorating for years. I finally decided to follow my passion and go back to school for the appropriate training. Out of this, BK Designs was born. With my southern roots, I specialize in "Southern Design." The South is all about inviting people into your home and making them feel welcome. Your home should be a place that makes you feel comfortable and where you long to be.

At BK Designs your experience is truly a personal process. I listen carefully to your vision and then guide you through the process to help your dream become a reality while respecting your budget.

I am a teacher by degree. Teaching allowed me to utilize my love of creativity and organization in the classroom. After years of teaching, I decided to pursue my passion for interior decorating.
