A Little about Me:

A small business owner for more than 20 years, I wanted to follow my long time passion for Interior Design. I began my education at Seneca college in Toronto ON, graduating courses like Drafting, Auto Cad, Design Principles and Colour Theory. But due to a move out of the Toronto area, I completed my Interior Design and Decorating education, through Sheffield School of Interior Design in Ottawa ON, passing with honours and receiving an Award of Merit for demonstrating excellent technical skills with a high level of creative abilities. I also received Certifications in Home Staging, Redesign, Professional Organizing and Colour Consultations.

MY MISSION AND PHILOSOPHY STATEMENT: No matter how big or small the project, as an Interior Design Consultant, my mission is to assist my client in whatever design challenge they may have. A new look doesn't necessarily require parting with current belongings. I believe in utilizing whatever the client currently owns and wants, while making a few changes in order to bring your look together. As we work together, I enjoy using my training and insight to assist my client in developing a space they most desire, which results in an atmosphere that reflects their own personal taste and preference.

* HOME STAGING PACKAGE #1
Includes a total of 4 hours of working with the homeowner setting the stage for sale. Depending on the needs of the homeowner this package may include things such as space planning, de-personalizing, de-cluttering, lighting and colour.
$250/4hrs plus applicable taxes.

* HOME STAGING PACKAGE # 2
This package is best suited for the client who would like to set the stage for sale, by making changes on their own. It includes a one hour consultation with the home owner or Real Estate agent giving advice on curb appeal, space planning, renovations, de-cluttering, lighting, décor advice and colour. Furniture and Accessory Rentals are also available.
$75 plus applicable taxes for a one hour consultation.

INTERIOR DECORATING
No matter how big or small, consider acquiring the assistance of an Interior Design Consultant in developing a design concept for your space. A design concept is based on your preferences, your style and your budget, while also taking into consideration the conditions of the space. With the guidance of a professional, you will avoid costly mistakes such as buying furniture that is too big or too small, or even as simple as purchasing a light fixture that just doesn't seem to work. An initial consultation is always the first step in gathering the necessary information. Information like, client preferences in colour and style, deciding what furniture the client would like to keep, if any. Then analyzing the space being considered, the function of the room, and gathering all measurements and photos. Depending on the scope of the project, initial concept presentations are usually ready in about 1 to 2 weeks.

ROOM MAKEOVER PACKAGE
This customized package is tailored to your taste, style, and your preferences.
Each complete package includes:
- Furniture Layout Plan
- Lighting Plan
- Colour Scheme
- Textile and Window Treatment choices
- Elevations
- Virtual Tour of how your room will look once the changes have been made
- Total of 3 In-Home Visits
- Prices are dependant on the size of the room and the scope of the project.

PAINT COLOUR CONSULTATION PACKAGE
Tired of your 4 walls?
Dramatic and affordable, you can create the most impact by co-ordinating a new paint colour with your current belongings. Included in this package, are paint colour selections, a colour spec-sheet (which includes all paint colour choices), and a discount towards Benjamin Moore Paints (Some restrictions apply).
This service also includes advice on existing décor, layout, lighting & accessorizing.

SHOPPING ASSISTANCE PACKAGE
Includes 4 hours of in-store source shopping and is best suited for the client who has already established a lighting and furniture layout. Guidance is given in making personalized choices for fabrics, textiles, furniture etc. Also included is a follow up visit confirming all choices with added paint colour selections or wall treatments.
Starting from $75 plus applicable taxes.
