Staging of Lived-in Homes: After the consultation and the outlined recommendations have been completed, In Style can finalize the staging process by "showcasing" your home's features. We work with your existing furniture, accessories and artwork. Each room's function, focal point, furniture placement and traffic flow is assessed to ensure optimal presentation to buyers.

Staging of Vacant Homes: Statistics show that vacant homes sell 80% faster when showcased with furnishings! When a property is empty it can be difficult for potential buyers to visualize the house as their future home. Through the rental of furniture and accessories, an empty space is transformed into a welcoming and inviting home that will attract more buyers. In Style will prepare a detailed quote for review.

Redesign Services
Our Redesign service caters to individuals who are not moving, but are looking for a fresh look in their homes and do not want to invest a large sum of money for the traditional design services.

During our Consultation, we get to know you and your personal style, through a variety of questions and a walk through of your home. Once we accomplish knowing your style preference, we redesign the space so that it fits your personality ~ using your existing furnishings. Typically we should be able to accomplish the redesign in a single day. On occasion, we leave behind a shopping list of items that might further enhance the results your looking for. We also offer a shopping service where we would shop for the items for you that would bring the room together to accomplish the total package.

Initial Consultation Service: ($150.00) We walk through your home with the agent and/or homeowner and discuss all of the changes that are necessary to improve the visual and decorative balance of your home. Within three business days you will receive a detailed analysis of your plan of action. The initial consultation includes the following:

A thorough walk through and an analysis of every room
Discuss possible ways to improve curb appeal
Discuss lighting, color, furniture layout
Discuss repairs and other details
Discuss possible ways to De-Clutter, and De-Personalize your home before the staging process can begin.
Trade referrals if required (repairmen, painters, cleaning services, etc)
Photography of home for MLS listing
Primp home with final touches for Seller's First Open House.

Hands On Home Staging: (Starting at $75.00 per hour) We move the furnishings to maximize the visual appeal of the home, we also accessorize the home, as well as do a final walk thru to do any last minute setting up before the first open house.

For The Do-It-Yourselfers: (Starting at $325.00 )We will compile a detailed report with extensive instructions for the eager homeowner, who is willing to stage thier property themselves. Included in this report is furniture placement ideas as well as accessory placement ideas.

New Home Set-up and Decorating: (Starting at $800.00) Need help setting up your new home? Not sure how to arrange your furniture or where to hang your artwork? Why not stage your new space! In Style can help with furniture arrangements, placement of accessories and artwork, paint color selections or any other decorating questions you may have.

One Day Redecorating: (Starting at $450.00) Are you unhappy or bored with rooms in your home? Or is there a room you just haven't been able to get "just right". In Style will work with the existing furnishings in your home to create the look and feel you are after. Redecorating your home may involve rearranging or relocating furniture and accessories, editing and/or de-cluttering to bring out a room's full potential. New paint colors, fabrics and flooring may also be suggested.

Color Consultations: (Starting at $50.00) Let us help you with your color selections for your home. Get the color right the first time and avoid the hassle of repainting!

Personal Shopping: (Starting at $50.00 per hour) Looking for that finishing touch? We will help you select the perfect accessories for your home.
