With a background in project management, re-design, merchandising and consulting Ann brings over twenty years of experience to the organization. She is inspired to create emotionally and visually appealing spaces that people fall in love with.
Ann’s skill in bringing projects and people together, has enabled her to motivate, manage and coordinate a strong team.
Committed as a lifelong learner, her original degree in hospitality management launched her into the service industry, where restaurant re-design, space planning, food merchandising, sales, renovations and project management were critical to her success. Ann re-trained to become a Human Resources professional and currently manages staging projects as part of her consultancy business.
Her consulting experience shows. Clients consistently report that her friendly manner quickly puts them at ease. They are impressed by her ability to provide expert guidance that helps clarify needs.
Ann trained and worked with one of the first Home Stagers in the Vancouver area and has studied Interior Design.
She utilizes her multiple talents to work closely with home-owners and realtors. She coordinates a strong team of dedicated people who share similar personal and work ethics to exceed expectations every time. Her unique business model provides clients with affordable ways to access the skills of trades people to complete a project, on time and on budget!
The Project Co-ordinator walks through the space and provides an objective, professional perspective on cost effective actions to improve the presentation and maximise selling potential. A full report and detailed action plan is optional.
