Thank you for considering Staging & Organizing Solutions, LLC for your home staging needs. Working with Realtors and their clients is what we do most and packages are available to suit the individual needs of both.

The path I've taken to this career in home staging has been long and exciting. Staging requires a keen eye and knowledge for design, space, color and above all people skills. A strong analytical ability is more than useful it is necessary. With out realizing it I have been building these necessary skills and abilities with the variety of roles I have played over the course of several years.
I've worked in medical research, which taught me the importance of details and analysis. I also worked as a sales representative for a fortune 500 company that offered me the opportunity to work with a wide variety of people and scenarios. I ran my own upholstery and window treatment business for several years, which allowed me to utilize the above-mentioned skills while building my understanding of the importance of reputation, integrity, and word of mouth advertising. During that time I took the opportunity to take a number of design classes as well as explore painting in a variety of styles and mediums. In all of this I constantly found myself applying what I had learned to my home and family. Staging has allowed me to share this service with other people, most recently to help them sell their property.

Services

Services tend to vary from one customer to the next depending on their need. Generally speaking however our business together would look something like this:
1-Meet at the home that is to be discussed. Take pictures and notes of the home and surroundings from the vantage of a potential buyer. Determine the clients budget for improvements. Payment for service is due at this time
2-Delivery of a hand written consultations with a break down of the strengths of the property along with suggestions to improve how the home will show. This is written in the knowledge of time and budget constraints but will include suggestions for what to do should they decide to expand their improvement time or budgets.
3-Included in your consultation is a 2 hour in home staging service. You can use this service at any time but it is typically used to handle the final touches needed for an open house for the home.
4- Other services are available and can be discussed in detail in person. Some examples would be bids for needed subcontracted work, onsite organizing, cyber consultations and more. Please email for details.
