Let me introduce myself. I am the owner of Sandra’s Home Staging Company in Marblehead. I have been in business for 5 years. I was born in London, England. I left school at 18 and went onto Art College and studied drawing and painting. I then joined the ‘real world’ and entered the field of marketing and advertising. I then had a career break to raise my three children although I continued to work from home assisting my husband in his private medical practice. After this I became a PA to a Headmaster at a private day and boarding school. This was a demanding role, with ‘hands full on’ for most of the time. I have always managed to stay calm in a crisis. I am a discreet and passionate person. I am a very fair person. I can multi-task and improvise extremely well. I can take criticism well and learn by my mistakes. I am an ‘easy going’ person with a warm and kind personality. I also have a good sense of humor.
However, I can be very demanding when the need arises. I will always fight for what I want and I don’t give in easily.
I want to reach out to help all people. I offer a unique and reliable service at an affordable rate. No job is too small or too tall. I am ready to listen and eager to please.
I would ask you, the client, for 50% of the total amount of the job as a deposit. Upon completion and provided we are both happy with the work, I would expect my clients to pay the outstanding fee to me. My pricing would be based on an hourly rate. This rate would apply whether I am working from the office or out on site.
I work alongside professional tradesmen whom mostly all live locally in the area. My team consists of; painters, decorators, plumbers, electricians and carpenters. I have built strong working links with local window dressers, upholsterers and carpet/floor fitters. They know me and they know exactly how I work. We have a very good working relationship and they too like me know how important your home and possession are. Between us we will carry out a first class job so that we can all achieve the results that we are looking for. A beautiful ‘Staged Home’.
