Premiere Staging + Design is a labour of love. Home decoration has been a passion of mine for many years so it was only natural for me to seek some form of decorating in my choice of careers. Staging homes has been and continues to be not just a job but fun and interesting work. The people I have met and homes I have staged are an integral part of who I am. Being a people person, I enjoy working with clients to assist them with the sale of their home. My staging services include color choices, curb appeal, decluttering and furniture placement. I work with many professionals who can assist with minor repairs to a major redesign.
Prior to becoming a home stager, I taught busines education to high school students. I hold a diploma in Business Teacher Education.
I worked for a development bank for many years, assisting small and medium-sized businesses.
My previous work experience has assisted me in my most recent endeavour of home decor and staging.
I hold a certificate of achievement in Home Decorating 1 and 2 from Red River College as well as certification as an International Staging and Redesign Professional (ISRP) from QC Design School.
Many houses have been successfully staged under my company, Premiere Staging + Design. Testimonials received from clients will attest to my personal attention to detail. Sensitivity to a client's feelings and financial situation is always adhered to when determining the level of work required.
Services provided will be determinate on a client's budget. Services could include cleaning, curb appeal, decluttering, furniture redesign, handiman services, landscaping, painters and many others. Some staging jobs may also require trades such as electrical or mechanical. If the client agrees to only a few basic repairs such as a coat of paint and furniture rearrangement, Premiere Staging + Design will work within the parameters of a client's wishes and budget.
Fees charged are on an hourly rate. Recommendations will be made on what is required and suppliers provided. In some cases, a change of colour to a certain room(s) may be suggested; it will be the client's decision as to whether they wish to paint themselves or hire a professional. If this is the case, a quote will be provided for these services. Likewise, if any other services are required, quotes will be provided and it will be up to the client to use supplier's recommended or provide their own.
Premiere Staging + Design services are offered to City of Winnipeg residents as well as surrounding areas within one-half hour from the City of Winnipeg.
