Open concept living room/ dinning / kitchen.



Kitchen is completely blocked off from living room.  Poor lighting throughout the house. Ceiling is out dated, pattern stucco ceiling creates the impression of ceiling being low.


Room was opened to give an open concept feel, ceilings and lighting was upgraded. Kitchen redesigned to be a more functional space.

This small bathroom was off from the master bedroom. The walls where taken down, and a larger on suit bathroom was made to fit a shower, and a walk  in closet.

Space is now large enough to fit a shower and a proper vanity.

For this nursery, one of the wishes was a garden theme and big flowers.. 

 Bedding with the garden theme chosen., was the inspiration for the rest of the décor in the room as well as the mural. Accents of tin to keep with the garden feel where chosen to use to store books and other items in the room. 

The mural for this wall was done in a way that give other options for the parents as the child grown into a toddler bed.

Here you have the crib wall with two large trees, the trees were done far enough apart in order to be able to have other lay out options for the room.  As the child grows older, toddler bed or desk can also be placed between the trees.
