The outside of the house was entirely neglected. After pulling out all the bushes, installing new coach lights and a new door, it revealed a beautiful flagstone step. New landscaping and it appears a completely new home!

The kitchen had gorgeous cupboards to work with, and was the inspiration for the colours in the kitchen.  New counters, new knobs and pulls, along with a painted backsplash gave this kitchen a refreshing makeover!

The eat-in kitchen had an island in the middle of the dining space.  This was removed and a new light fixture was mounted above the table.  The floor was continued from the livingroom into the dining room and kitchen.  The island was eventually relocated and converted to a bar in the basement.

The bath was all original from the early 80's.  Fresh paint, new flooring and updated light and vanity fixtures completed this bathroom.

The brick was the inspiration for the colour of this basement. Updating the carpet and wall colour, as well as painting out the windows created a warm and inviting basement.

The walls had numerous random holes and other challenges. Fresh paint, and a cleaned fireplace reveal a cozy basement.  There was lots of space to add a bar so the upstairs island was brought down and converted to a fun bar complete with small bar fridge and popcorn maker.
