home stager

Real estate agent in Ada, Ohio area and Home Stager/Home Redesigner

I am an Ada resident and have been a real estate agent for over 1 year.
I got into home staging because I see the direct emphasis it makes on helping to sell a home quickly and for more money. I also see vacant homes and poorly decorated homes still trying to sell. Home staging helps get that job done quickly and efficiently.
My home was on the market for 1 year before I took the staging design course. I am not redesigning and staging my home, and will relist it once completed.
I hope to use my home to show how quickly the impact of staging can be.

I attended Rhode State in 2007 and completed my real estate classes, including real estate theory, real estate law, appraisal, and financing.
I got licensed to sell real estate in May 2008 and have been helping buyers and sellers ever since.
I am in the process of completing my Home Staging Redesign courses to be a certified home stager/home redesigner; and will pursue this as a secondary business to real estate.

I offer complete vacant home staging, occupied home staging, and home redesign.
In vacant home staging, I recommend my services from as little as paint color to full furniture rental and design.
In occupied home staging I help the seller neutralize the home and suggest furniture layout, with the possibility of bringing in select furniture and art.
In home redesign I work with the seller to rearrange the furniture, accessories and artwork they already own and place it in a neutral pleasing way that enhances the home to help it sell quickly and efficiently.
