*****First Impression Consultation with "Top ten list"

This option is perfect for homeowners who love to do things themselves and who are on a budget. This Staging consultation typically takes about an hour We will begin outside since curb appeal is just as important as the inside. It is the homeowners responsibility to take notes as we walk through the entire home. We will walk through the home as if we are the home buyers and we will point out all the issues that could complicate the selling of the house. We will give the homeowners our immediate recommendations on how each room should look including recommendations for furniture placement, color schemes, de-cluttering, cleaning, lighting, and exterior curb appeal. Additionally you will receive a list of top 10 priorities to help your home shine. This is the time for you to take notes, ask questions and express any concerns you may have.

*Investment: starting at $175 depending on size of property.



******Lasting Impressions Consultation with full home evaluation report and hands-on staging in one room(before and after photo included)

This option helps homeowners who are confident in their ability, but need some "hands-on" professional staging guidance and recommendations. We will start with a Staging Consultation for the first hour. You will receive a full home evaluation report. This report provides overall staging recommendations for furniture placement, color schemes, de-cluttering, cleaning, lighting, and exterior curb appeal. In addition we will then spend another hour actually Staging one room in your home. During this time I will show you how to properly prepare one main room for pictures & showings. By assisting me in the Staging process, you can quickly learn the basic principles of de-cluttering and staging, and then apply them to the rest of your house.

*Investment: 1-3 hours starting at $250 and up depending on size of property.
*Detailed home evaluation report and before and after photo is included

*Additional room Staging can be done using your existing furniture & accessories for additional fees

•Redesign Consultation- Furniture, Accessories, & Art Layout $150.00 consultation fee waived if hired for redesign services
•Color Consultation 45.00 per hour
•Personal Shopping (45.00per hr 2 hr min)
•Project Management $45.00 per hour
•You can choose to either work directly with our painters, carpenters, carpet cleaners, etc., or we can take care of it for you. When repairs/painting are completed, we will stage your home.
